I would never buy insurance in my adult life unless it offered roadside assistance. I am a fifty year old male who has used roadside assistance all my adult life once I started paying my own insurance in 1996. I need to use roadside assistance recently. I called and they gave me the run around about codes I didn't understand once I got on the phone with the service who sends the tow truck. Then they said I had to pay the tow truck 75 dollars I didn't have at the time. But I have roadside assistance because I would not purchase insurance for my auto unless it was available. I am a sensible person. They failed to give me the customer service even after I called the the office of Amigo Insurance company in Atlanta GA. It caused my car to be towed to another country. Coatumg me 360 dollars I just don't have. Thanks rate force. I will be changing my auto insurance provider as soon ad I can.

It took literally 15 minutes or less to put in my information unlike some of the others they text me quickly (it’s a new age people) but in there text everything I needed was there and it was less than 15 words. With the link attached to take me directly where I needed to go it was really fast and to the point one text one of the originals said here is a quote down payment Xx Mthly cost Xxx. Do you want this yes or no? Wow. Amen get to the point don’t ask me how my day is don’t tell me about yours this is business and I am tired let’s go.
