Very inconvenient, congested, not clean. Staff may be overworked but that means prolonged wait times. Staff is polite but seemed "burnt-out" professionally. That's a pity. Information is not easily available. I did not see any "online" option for any of the processes.

Old fashioned place. Things are still manual. Cleanliness was not upto the mark. Electricity went off for half n hr. There isn't any separate lunch room for employees. During monsoon it is pathetic to walk into the premises.

Worst service ever in government office face by me. My ration card is not activated yet from past 2020. All staff should be replaced by new young and enthusiastic employee.

Very good and cooperative staff they will definitely put example of good governance just make sure don't get cheated by outsider and agents

As usual third class attitude of government employees ,third class services from employees and as we all know worst infrastructure
