Ratna supermarket is very well stocked, in spite of that, I will be giving them a 1 star rating. The other day I saw these bananas wrapped in a layer of plastic and was a bit shocked because - why does one need to sell 'natural products' in plastic packaging when the product already comes in its own 'natural packaging'? I was given two reasons for the above - Children come and play with these bananas and it therefore needs protection (What? Are bananas things to play with? This didn't make sense) - Customers have requested for plastic packaging. To counter this - No other vendor that sells fruits locally sells bananas packaged in plastic Single used plastics are banned and shouldn't be used as A) it serves no real purpose B) it increases the size of landfills C) Fossil fuel products such as plastic increase CO2 emissions that lead to global warming and we shouldn't want any more warming to this planet. Will edit this review once owners at Ratna Supermarket make this change.

Ratna Supermarket is the best supermarket in central suburbs. All household products under one roof, stacked and stored neatly with a staff that's ready to help you locate items you're looking for. They house amazing brands when it comes to food, skin care, hair care, drinks, chocolates etc. There are atleast 3 brand options even in the basic of things. There's also food options outside their store with seating. I haven't tired it yet. Few things they can get better on: 1. Lack of discounts (This could just be me but I find most products are at MRP barring a few) 2. Signages could be added and made prominent. 3. Perhaps a small section to sell beers/wines as well. But these are all good to have, I think Ratna Super Market is the best in Mulund. (And you'd always find parking around, so that's a plus)

One stop shop destination in Mulund. There are many supermarkets in Mulund and one mega mart i.e. DMart. But if you do not want to visit dMart for reasons like avoiding crowded place, than Ratna is your place to go to shop. Only certain number of individuals re allowed inside at a time. Most of the time you will find decent discounts on well known brands. The staff here will help you find products in case you are unable to find the product. You can also call Ratna and the staff will prepare an order for you in advance (if it is large enough in quantity). Overall rest assured, you will find the product you are looking for, if not the same product you will surely find its substitute.

Ratna supermarket has always been a good experience. A wide variety of breads, grocery, milk, vegetables, utencils, chocolates, idli dosa batter etc are available. Good quality. A must visit regularly for day to day things., Also, it has a small place to eat where various items like chat, pav bhaji, south Indian etc are sold. I ate Dahi Sev Puri. It was good. Today I prepared idli from the batter I brought from Ratna Supermarket. Amazingly soft idlis. A must buy item.

It's a good place to shop our day today provisions including a variety of fruits and vegetables. We get even varities of dosa dough as well. Also, a lot of collection of snack items, healthy foods, dark chocolate big bars, etc., Even you have a small restaurant outside this department store. I have not yet tried any food here. Will taste later and add my review.

Good place for household shoping you get everything under one roof From Indian to International items, fresh fruits to dry fruits, cereals to fresh vegetables, spices, shampoos, perfumes,sweets, glassware to plastic needed in daily house use Staff is also very co-operative.

Hopeless staffs and hopeless place last 10 days my extra payment of Rs 2200 is not paid back from them. Neither they do not understand Hindi or English everyday calls at the place then says, we will confirm. Useless people. The management should look into the same.

The standard of Ratna Supermarket has dropped now ...they switch off the AC and fan the entire time which makes it very stuffy and claustrophobic...the entrance area where they assembling goods it stinks...

It is all in one store for all home needs. Variety of options available in each category. Very helpful staff always available to guide you. Products are neatly kept. Great service at biling counter.
