This store staff doesn't seem to be trained much and seem as if they are ought to spoil the name of the Ratnadeep chain brand. I have seen both the security guards arguing with each other a couple of times. The staff doesn't show any enthu in getting the billing. The UPI payments work only 2 or 3 /10 times. The payment fails and the credit doesn't come back . It's been three days that 2000+ has been deducted due to a payment failure in their billing system and they don't have any clue on how to revert it . If this staff continues to be like this I don't think it will help the brand .

IN THIS SUPER MARKET EVERY TIME WHILE SWIPING A CARD THERE IS AN ACESS PROBLEM ,TODAY I HAVE SHOPPED FOR AN AMOUNT OF RS 748 WHEN I SWIPPED MY CARD,IT SHOWED AS AN INVALID FORMAT AND MY AMOUNT GOT DEBITED FROM MY CARD ,AGAIN YOUR STAFF SWIPPED MY CARD IN ANOTHER CARD MACHINE AND AGAIN IT GOT DECLINED AND AGAIN MY AMOUNT WAS DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT,I WAS SUPRISED THAT 2 TIMES THE AMOUNT WAS DEBITED .

We get all stuff here but should be careful while buying Groceries here Especially kitchen Groceries like dals rava etc They easily get worms within 10days of purchase..... Have Experienced this many times..... Fresh fruits in the morning is a must shop in your list....

A week ago my kid visited the store and the sales woman alleged that my kid had shoplifted and they checked my kids pockets but they found nothing it was embarrassing in front of all the customers at the store. We would not visit any more this store.

A good super Bazar. Parking for cars is available in cellar and bikes can be parked opp to super market. Many types in groceries are zvaible and packaged ready to eat foods and cool drinks are available. Oils, cosmetics, cereals, vegetables … ज़्यादा

Superb super market has everything a family wants from milk curd groceries bread butter coffee tea rice wheat milk products etc all company products which are clean neatly packed with price etc. Billing also easy and fast.

I just go for a girl with a scarf. She looks cute and innocent. As far as the prices are concerned, Supermarket loot is a common thing. So not really a problem. Except for vegetables. Prices are miserable.

though new to the place the store manager and staff are not customer friendly. Prepared to be disappointed by the experience here and i have decided i am not going back here to shop.

Service level to the customer has come down drastically They don't switch on the AC due to this some stinking smell always bother as we enter the supermarket

The go to super market in East Anandbagh, not really a place for the price conscious buyer but once in a while visit does it and it offers most FMCG items.

Great service I picked up a wrong item and went for an exchange .i lost my bill still they gave me an exchange kudos for the management

Nothing much to say. It's a big market with wide variety, but rates are not competitive enough against other similar stores.

Finally ratnadeep has come to Malkajigiri. It is fine and decent like any other ratnadeep. Well maintained and good service.

Shopping can be done with ease, lot of premium and imported items available. Not much crowded, meant for premium customers.

A place always visits it for the purchase of groceries with good quality. Grocery means dal and other cooking raw materials

Vegetables and fruits are available in okay okay price or sometimes in good price but for other thing prefer dmart.

Very neat and clean with a good spacious look......we can get the majority of the branded items over here ...

Prices are high comparing to Dmart , reliance & metro stores..no discount on most of the items... …

They are very fast as compared to other supermarkets there are so many varieties of products and good staff

Fresh vegetables and dry fruits section are definitely different from others and well maintained
