Visit this place for good quality of bread and pizza bases. Have never been disappointed with the quality of bakery items. Like a department store, it serves wide variety of items. ( Food as well as non food ) . Vegetables are also priced reasonably and provide wide variety. This place isn't very crowded and billing process is also swift and fast. Accepts payments using Sodexo and Meal Cards. Credit / Debit cards are also accepted. Only drawback is limited parking space in front of store and entrance is not disabled friendly. Broken steps and uneven surface at entrance is big dampner for senior citizens and people with disability.

This is a great store has all you need, esp the upper floor has stationary, toys, Kitchen utilities and Plastic Utilities. The ground floor has very good stock on commodities in all price ranges. They stock some premium stuff that is hard to get else where. The Veggies and Fruit are overpriced but of Good Quality. Minus one star for not having good pricing options and offers. But I guess going here is a better experience than going to D-Mart and that's probably why I go here.

Almost everything you'll get.. two floors dedicated... Regular use items.. Grocery etc on the ground floor... And slow items on the first floor.. lift is accessed by steps and not ramp.. trolley needs to be left on the ground floor.. first floor has plastic items.. stationary etc.. first floor is mostly mezzanine.. this is the biggest store in the area.. has ample parking.. also offers valet parking..

bhindi was over same i asked at billing guy and another billing guy tells milk is not over first billing guy clarifies twice i didnt ask for milk yet the other one simply doesnt want that conversation to end , what is this ? i want to ask owners and public .i call it harassing a woman customer , and mannerless idiots ,with no upbringing potential criminals , action against them highly recommended

Don't know about this particular branch but there is another Ratnadeep near this one that I went to. It's in Santosh nagar, Mehdipatnam. They have the worst staff imaginable there. They act like you're disturbing their leisurely day if you go there. And they're so rude that they literally throw stuff towards you while billing and respond arrogantly when you ask something. Never going back

Ratnadeep super market in Masab tank is a one stop place for all your home needs - right from groceries to vegetables to crockery and cutlery to plastic items to stationery. Highly organized with decent parking space available in front of the outlet. The best thing about Ratnadeep chain of supermarkets is that all products are arranged in a similar order for ease of finding the item.

Store is hygenic and well maintained and good array of products available. I am a regular. But some times when I brought vegetables like carrot and potato they tasted of hit or bagon spray. It happened atleast three times. Then the next time I checked they just mix old and fresh veggies and there are small roaches. Hence that spray. We eat carrot raw. How can this happen?

No refund! You sold faulty product and you don't want to refund. Your staff and manager needs retraining. When i pay money I should get money back not credit note and it's not eatery. It's your fault you sold faulty product. I will take this far( your head office and beyond govt maybe public. Why I am being forced to buy other product and you lost a customer.

This outlet is really useful and convenient as the 2nd nearest one is a good ways away. The place is well maintained. The staff although can be seen joking around and sometimes playing while not paying attention to the customers. They even joke around near the cashiers, not adding to the customers experience. They also ago stock up irregularly.

Very well organized store with lots of variety. It's quite big. Vegetables and fruits are fresh and so does the dairy products. The upper floor has all kitchen and stationery essentials. All Ratnadeep stores are open as late as 10.30pm that's really good about them. Only thing they should do is offer more discount and become more competitive.

1 star must provide free carry bags to the customers, most of them buy plenty items & these so called supermarkets forced to buy carry bags we dont mind spending thousands on things we buy but buying something forcly, doesnt make sense i wrote complain in their complain book no action yet. Please elaborate this to the owner of Ratnadeep.

dont park in front of the shop cause i got a ticket when i parked my car there. parking is available in the basement but cannot be accessed from inside the market. will have to go out and walk the steps to reach the basement. can be labourious if you shopped too much. apart from these it is just a well maintained ratnadeep market

This unit of ratnadeep has parking issue, and the shop security will not allow to park even if you say we are here to shop at ratnadeep. Even after escalating the matter to the store manager we understand that it was on his instructions the security is doing his great job. Better avoid this mehdipatnam ratnadeep, not convenient.

It is very good spacious super market where we can get everything under one roof. All items are very well organized for pickup and choose. It is well maintained and centrally located which is very easily accessible. It is worth to visit for all our house hold items under one roof.

This super market is literally on the road so it is so convenient to stop and get the stuff , they also have parking facility , the staff helps you to keep your stuff in the car as well but i always have one complain , their Ac never works properly and they delay in opening Ac !

When I visited recently I couldn't find my choice of biscuits rest all "chocolatey" biscuits were present ( I needed crack jack & hide n seek) And the most difficult n surprising thing is, I have hardly seen any ratnadeep store with a ramp!

Spacious, well stocked, helpful staff, presence of valet v useful due to no parking...i like shopping at this branch...suggest you give up first floor or change it to a Cafe since that area is hardly used and must be unprofitable to you..

This is the best supermarket I believe because it looks small in size but the variety of items and brands are very good. It is a very good spot specially for NRIs who look for foreign items. They can find many of them at ratnadeep.

I had problem with milk packets for the 3 times waste milk they are providing and vegitables also getting black spots in 1 day only.. I was felt happy to have ratnadeep besides my office But I am facing this type of issues.......

Great place for daily needs but the staff need to be more attentive and active, I have always shopped during morning hours and have found the place hot and suffocating. Either they should switch on the AC early or install fans

People from Maharashtra who likes fish, Matki and shrikhand can visit this store as you won't get matki or shrikhand anywhere in Hyderabad apart from this store. Frozen fish available in lot of varieties. Do visit it

Prices are always with out discount. And that discount had not been counted had Ratnadeep maintained fresh vegetables and fruits for the price they tag. Quality of non-degradables is okay, but not par with market.

Fine maintained with variety but prices are mostly MRP..only for super rich so no savings .. Dmart Spencer's, reliance mart/fresh and more stores or big bazar give much better deals anyday..

Its a very good well maintained store. Ac is running all the time unlike other stores where ur sweating while shopping. Product variety and quality is also good. Parking is right in front.
