I really enjoyed shopping here. It is located at the back lane of Srinagar colony Park surrounded with trees. Most of the grocery items are available here. It is recommended for people who takes time in buying things, because it's not a crowded place and no noise. Major brands are available here like Parle, MTR, ITC, Pillsbury, etc. I thing that surprised me is the sparkling water and grape juices, they looked like wine bottles and it is mentioned as non-alcoholic. The only improvement is to be with fruits and vegetables, they are available in little quantity and not fresh.

Renovated and INPROVED SRINAGAR COLONY -Second RATNADEEP in Hyderabad. Cant complain. First one was Vikampuri and second one in Hyderabad is THIS one . Few people and only Old time Banjara hills and Jubilee hills Residents will know the value of this supermarket from 2001 days. Nice place , get everything. Ask for the staff if its not available on the Rack. Nice place, good parking. Have a few eateries nearby. Never diassapoonted.

You will find generally good quality groceries and one good thing is the store owners seem to sense what you need! The store is always kept neat and the shelves are kept fully stocked. All staff are very attentive, and the checkout counter works very efficiently too. Overall a very good place to shop.

Good product placement and good fresh stock. The utensils and plastics a section on the top floor was a little disappointing as the products weren't that good but overpriced. But groceries and other consumables were fresh and good quality. You get good parking space for your vehicles too

I regularly buy from this store. They charge as per MRP mostly but quality is good. Only in vegetables we may find some variation in price. But remember to cross check the price of vegetables printed in the bill before leaving the store. Mentioning this by personal experience.

After having so many online shopping apps, still my heart goes to ratnadeep... cause the quality of product still maintained.. and ratnadeep in srinagar colony is one of the best among other stores nearby.... one stop shop for all groceries

Space could have been more. The place is well organised and well staffed. Enough salesmen around to help you out. All the essentials you need are generally found except the exotic variety of food. Parking space is a problem at peak hours.

Billing is absolutely slow the morning hours staff is busy cleaning the mess they must open after they're ready to wait 15 minutes to clear the checkout is waste of time they lack offers otherwise available at different point of sale

Decent enough place for shopping your grocery items. But, off late they appears to be issues in quality products. While other super markets give discounts in many ways, Ratnadeep is quite backward in giving these offers.

My favourite supermarket in Sri Nagar Colony. Great stock of everything! The staff are always helpful and friendly. Only downside is sometimes there’s a problem with change if you’re using cash & counter can get busy.

Least cooperative staff. Total apathy towards customers. Needs to train their cash till employees on customer sensitivity. Attitude of indifference exists in all the cash till staff.

I always shop here in both Bangalore and Hyderabad. They always have very affordable products across all essential range and even the fresh produce is very good quality.

One of the worst Ratnadeep store in Hyderabad. Staff and Supervisor are arrogant and too much rude. Yakkk.. Need Ranadeep Management to teach them about customer Care.
