I'm disappointed with my appointment I had here Saturday. I met the stylist via Facebook and booked the appointment with her. Over Facebook the experience with her was positive but when I arrived Saturday to get my hair done everything went downhill :( I asked the stylist what I needed to do to prepare for the appointment and she said nothing. When I arrived, she said that I was supposed to come washed and blow dried and that I would have to pay her $30 to do it. I was already annoyed due to the lack of communication on her part, but I got the service anyway. The wash was not thorough and was rushed. Now, she started my sew in. The stylist said less than 5 words to me the entire service and was making nasty faces at me any time I said something as if she was upset. I don't understand how she had the right to be upset with me whenever she was the one who wasn't clear to begin with. After leaving, I was only somewhat happy with my hair, as there is gaps where no tracks were added and some tracks were not sewn down flat. As I'm ready to pay, she berates me on not having cash on me, even though previously she gave me her cash app. Once again, bad at communicating. I got up and left because I did not want to be around the negative energy anymore and I could fix my own hair at home the way I actually liked it. I wanted to support this business but the lack of professionalism and customer service will prevent me from coming again. Not to mention the loud vulgar music playing in the presence of children, the lack of masks and social distancing and the lack of cleanliness in the suite.

I am giving this business a one star review not for the actual service but for my experience with the owner. I see a coupon on Groupon and book two hydrafacials. I called the business a couple of times and no one answered. I retried one last time before getting my money back from Groupon and the owner answered. She was with a customer, and she said she was going to call me back. I wait a day but no call. I call her again and she answers I book an appointment. The day of the appointment(03/30), I call her to confirm and she says she has to postpone because she is waiting for shipment. I think fair enough, let's do Monday(04/03). On 4/3, I start and according to my maps, I'll reach there 5 minutes after the appointment time and I call her to inform that I'll be a few mins late and if that's okay. She says she has to push back again to Thursday bc her call has some trouble. I really wanted to get a facial believe me but I am writing this review frustrated because my time was taken for granted. I think the owner should've called me at least an hour before the scheduled time to inform me of a change in the schedule which did not happen. I spoke to Groupon and got my money back. I won't be going back because of the customer experience and I don't want to go through the ordeal of postponing appointments every week.

I was very pleased with the way Bossie installed my unit, unfortunately I paid 450.00 for a blond wig that shedded so bad I had to remove the wig once I reached Las Vegas within 2 days of my install. Very very disappointed because she installed it beautifully but beware of the quality of hair when you buy! I wasn't very savvy in the questions to ask being this was the first unit I ever bought however I have educated myself from other stylist! DO NOT BUY HAIR THAT DOES NOT HAVE A BRAND, COMES IN A CLEAR BAG WITH NO COMPANY AFFILIATE WHOM YOU MAY CONTACT WITH CONCERNS! MY LOST BUT KNOWLEDGE GAINED!

Oh my goodness! This is the perfect place to take care of all of your beauty needs .This place is a Jack of all trades, anything you need you can get it here. The young people here Work extremely hard and I'm not lying when I tell you every woman Who got out of a chair looked like a model walking out the door!! They're very informed when it comes to Hair. They take the time to explain Anything you want to know and They are also Very down-to-earth So you're sure to be comfortable. I had a wig installed and I can't keep my eyes off myself lol. I will definitely be back thank you all so much!!

I experienced with my stylist Jeez she had a very bad attitude & very unprofessional. This was the most awful service I ever received. Based off the other reviews on other stylist & my experience yesterday, I advise y’all not to get service here unless you like ghetto, rude, & dirty service. I was scared to sit my purse on the floor or sit in her room because how dirty it was besides the nasty rude attitude she had. Was scared of bugs biting me lol She had the wrong one fa sure. I wish I had read the reviews before coming to this place. Please do not get service here!

Worst experience I have ever had at a “Salon”. Do not waste your time here. It’s unfortunate that I must leave a review like this but this needs to be addressed. I booked with Melanin_Extensions and the experience was absolutely horrible both times I booked with her. She was rude and unprofessional and caused hair loss due to braiding extremely too tight. Over all the stylists need an attitude adjustments. Please take this review serious if you value quality service ladies!

MUA artist don’t show up and don’t even tell you their not making the appointment, the owner has no idea where his employees are, very young and unprofessional stylist, have u waiting hours for your appointment, constantly stopping to eat, talk to other stylist or will plan leave in the middle of styling your hair. Structure is definitely needed, they do whatever they want however they want

Poor service one of the worst I have ever seen and had hands down. I lost quite a bit of my lashes by a lash tech Tori there. They are rude , unprofessional, and ghetto. Don’t even waist your time. I would give them 0 zero stars.

Not everyone can execute the art of having their own business. This place is super disgusting and pretty much a dump. Owner doesn't take care of the building and it shows. Found another place to self care while still supporting beautiful black business! If you're looking for a nice luxury setting for a facial this is not the place.

T mac got me and my son right on point. Came right on in and sat down in the chair. Very great shop. Respectful barber and does their job well. My first time here and very impressed.

Maya D has some of the best extensions and her installs are absolutely amazing & I loved the entire butterfly room. I got the butterfly effect and butterfly certified, loving it!

The owner is nice front desk workers they are kind is willing to answer any questions you may have.
