Watch out, this company is shady!!! I usually get DVDs out of the library, it's free and you can keep most titles for a month or more. However, I have been gifted coupons for a free one-night rental here. I used one of them about 6 months ago: took the movie out, brought if back 24 hours later, no problem. However, about a month ago, I tried to use another coupon. The code didn't work, so I used my debit card and rented a movie for 2 nights: 1 night was free, and the other cost 2.50 for the second night. That was fine, and I returned the movie in 2 days. However, shook of my life, when I checked my bank account the night before Easter, and there is a $75 charge on my account through RedBox that I knew nothing about. Someone stole my identity from the time I swiped my card at the kiosk that 1 time. I called my bank, and closed my entire checking account, and then I called RedBOx. It was a 21-minute phone call with some woman who, first of all, got me to set up an account where there had been no account to close my account that had been hacked, but had never existed. She couldn't instruct me as to how to close down this account. I finally hung up. I looked all over the website, and there is no information as to how I am to proceed. But my bank account is now closed, and REdBox and it's consumers will never have access to me again. Beware...
