We've been using Redecopp Security for years. They installed digital deadbolts for us. Would never go back to a regular keyed deadbolt. Very happy with it and the work Redecopp Security did. Clean and very trustworthy. They even helped us recently when we needed to reset the code and forgot how. Very kind and patient over the phone.

We got locked out of our basement office right before a big web meeting with all the stuff for that meeting inside the office. Redecopp was here within an hour, fixed it handily, then noticed that our front door handle was missing some screws and fixed that, too. Meeting went off without a hitch thanks to their exemplary service.

I called James to help me fit a keypad deadbolt this summer. He was there when he said he would be and had all the tools and knowledge. It was done in half the time it would have taken me. He also re programmed the other deadbolts so they would all be the same code. Awesome. Wouldn’t trust anyone else.

this company says 24/7 which is a lie i called on Sunday for an emergency residential service repair and called again monday both times i left a message saying i need an emergency service which now its day 3 and not even a call back very poor business experience.
