Atmosphere and people were nice enough. I had a Brazilian waxing service performed. I have really sensitive skin which I informed her of, as I assumed it would be okay to still get the waxing done- if it was done by a profession. The wax was extremely hot and felt like I was getting burnt. When I got home and looked, I noticed there was still hair in a few places, so I had to get my friend to pluck some of it out. I also have 5 places where the skin is completely raw. I would never ever come back here. Extremely disappointed, especially as I came here as it had almost 5 stars so I assumed they would be more knowledgeable and that it would be a good experience.

I had my first eyelash lift procedure performed today at Refresh and Rejuvenate. It was a relaxing experience and I'm thrilled with the results!! The staff were very professional, they made me feel comfortable and confident in their skills/ability. Would highly recommend!! I wish I caught the therapist's name who performed my procedure so I could give her a shout out, she was great

I went in for a full leg wax and Brazilian. Rachael advised me it might hurt. It did slightly, but nothing over the top. Rachael was amazing as always. She really knows what she's doing. I truly recommend coming here and trying something, you won't regret it. I felt really good afterwards with the look and my results. I look forward to my next booking there in one month.

Staff at Refresh n Rejuvenate are very courteous polite friendly Proffessional and great sense of humour. Service is prompt. Fabulous skin care and excellent range of candles hand cream and hand wash.Many machines to make you feel Fabulous. Sauna very soothing for achy bones and cleanse the skin. Would Highly Recommend this business in a heart beat.

It's been over a year now and the difference in my skin is actually crazy. The acne has cleared and I've never felt so good about myself. Rachel and the team here are such beautiful people and every treatment I get is done with TLC.

I know cancellation are unexpected and when staff need to have a break, there should be an experienced team staff to replace their absence. I've had to look elsewhere for electrolysis.
