WOW!!!!...... For years i have been suffering with shoulder and neck tension pain. I have always wanted to get a good massage to relieve the pain but I just suffered in silence instead. Today i decided enough is enough i must go and search for a Thai massage. My goodness it was worth the wait!!!! My first experience getting a Thai massage was heaven. The room was clean and smelt phenomenal, the music which played softly in the background resonated peacefulness.The atomosphere alone naturally relaxed your soul. A beautiful lady named Pĺa greeted me she was very friendly, warm and professional, her attention to detail was spot on. She took her time made me feel extremely relaxed and revived. I had asked for a hard Thai massage I got just what i asked for and more, I never expected it too feel that good i was able to freely manoeuver my neck after the 60 mins massage without feeling any pain. I am ever so grateful that i met Pĺa today, I can not wait to see her again.

I had to ask the first therapist to stop after 5 minutes. There’s nothing worse than a massage therapist possessing a combination of roughness and strength plus a lack of knowledge of the human body. There was no technique to speak of and continuing would mean enduring a lot of unnecessary pain. For example, who jams their fingers into the back of the knee during a massage? The second therapist was more professional but still lacked training. I have had much superior massage experiences elsewhere in London (Thai Kosai and Asiatic Thai). Best to avoid unless you’re in the area (like I was) or have no other options. Plus, the appointment was delayed by 15 with very short notice and I was not in there for the full hour, which, in this case, was a blessing.

I was looking for a real Thai massage and after a bad experience at another place decided to try Thai Refresh. I had a wonderful 90m session with P'la. She was the real deal and massage was just as a remembered from Thailand. I like a very strong massage and she was totally up to the task. She had a great attitude and really cared about giving me the best experience possible. The space was clean and actually not tiny, which is so often the case. Since they also do Swedish style, the massage is on a table not a mat, but P'la was able to climb all over it and do all of the various stretches. I highly recommend.

I was excited to get a massage here after reading the reviews but left very disappointed with the quality of the massage. The employees are professional and the premises are clean but the quality of the massage was very poor. The Massuse did not know how to administer a deep tissue massage and appeared to have little formal training or experience. She had no feeling for which muscles needed work and was disorganised in her skills and massage. I would never go back.

FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY! This was such an amazing experience. From beginning to end. Mindy and the team and simply wonderful. I had a wax which was virtually painless. P'La is an amazing masseur and I can confidently say she has given me one of the BEST Thai Massages I've had in a very long time! Very kind, gentle with her voice yet very powerful hands that break all the knots and sore muscles. She 'loves touching muscles' as she said and indeed she does so and relaxes the person she's giving massages to! Will deffo recccomend this place to friends :D

Me and my partner had a couples back massage(which included feet and legs-amazing). I'd like to add they had bookings prior to us arriving at the door but managed to fit us in with no rush to their service. Very good and relaxing! I had a 60 minutes Thai foot massage and instantly felt relaxed and sleepy. I had to keep myself up until I reached home to have a good afternoon nap. My toe nails look healthy and gorgeous and I have no pain in my feet. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone with tired feet. Money well spent!

Absolutely Amazing. I went in with loads of pains on my back and lower back and came out like new. I would def recommend it if you suffer from back pain. This place is not for authentic Thai massage. Booked for Deep tissue massage. Very hygienic and friendly staffs. However, an European lady did my massage and although I have asked for strong deep tissue, she was completely powerless and felt like swedish. I felt i wasted my money.

This was my first visit here for deep tissue Thai massage. Excellent massage by Lucky, far exceeding my expectations. Very experienced and skilled. My body is sore later the same day, but it's a healthy and beneficial soreness from correct massage techniques. Highly recommended!
