I remember this mall in it's heyday. It was a great place to spend a Saturday. Shopping, having a bite to eat at the food court or one of it's nice restaurants. Maybe go to a movie or the arcade. You were safe. I get nervous just driving through the parking lot now. It is in ruins. Would love to see it great again!

I wondered if I’d walked into a condemned building. May or may not have seen someone walking around with a duffle bag dressed in body armor looking suuuppper suspicious. They may or may not be keeping this place open to launder money. Who knows. Scary scary. 1/10 would not recommend.

Do not I repeat do not go to this mall for any other store than Bath & Body Works! The staff were friendly despite their challenging environment. I could barely breathe in the common areas and the ceilings are caving in with no workers on site for repair.

On the up & up. Looking to expand and relocate my business here. Music and video production in this mall will be amazing. Perfect venue. Close to beach, downtown, and airport! Yeah ...do a 808 beat to this with extreme bass! Clean vocals... …

This place is falling apart .. There are a good amount of good stores left and the food court has a nice variety. But there are lots of leaks throughout the mall and a few holes on the ceiling. The children's center is also closed down. …

I've lived in Jacksonville Florida for almost 20 years. From the outside of the mall it looks deserted. However, I was going to pick up a online order from Bath and Bodywork. I entered through the food court and quickly noticed only 4 or 5

The area is decline and can be dangerous. Go to the movies or whatever reason you came for and leave the area. Watch transitional spaces. The movies have excellent, armed and well equipped security forces keep the criminal element at bay

The China Buffet was phenomenal. After visiting the beach we were able to get a great sit-down meal the staff was extremely friendly prices were Great and the buffet was loaded with excellent options never seen so much sushi on a buffet!

Dentist appointment. i have scheduled a appointment twice and each time the dentist canceled my appointment. They have rescheduled my appointment for the third time at regency square mall p.a. I am having to drive from Argyle forest to

Regency park shopping center is a massive shopping center that is home to world class brands like jc penny, China Buffet, Ollie's, chick FIL A, dollar general, and lots more it is close to the Florida sheriff State office. It is on the

It is sad the state this mall has been reduced to. Approximately, more than half of the mall is empty. The food court is practically nil. The only businesses that get a fairly steady stream of customers is Jimmy Jazz and Bath and Body

  • TONY BROWN

Need to close this place down! Holes and leaks in the ceiling all over the place! Trash cans, cones, and yellow tape everywhere! Mold, mildew smell is strong in the air! Hot and stuffy! It's only like 5 stores even open! Terrible!!!

  • Tim Ward

The Mall has been in a state of decline for a decade... the staple stoes were Sears and JC Penny's. The do have some good smaller shops but it is basically a ghost town. I fid buy some new furniture last visit, got a great deal.

  • James Baird

Stay away from this place unless you’re ok with breathing in black mold, plus there are only maybe a dozen occupied stores with half of them not even open for business. Major roof leaks throughout and no air conditioning

  • Elizabeth Eddins

I have never seen a more disgusting display of a public building in all of my life. To even run a business here is taking risks that your customers could come back with mold poisoning and we all know where that will lead

Alsome shopping. Especially if you love the outdoor experience, I do. Anchor stores include Bestbuy and Walmart, okok you got your Verizon Xfinity and We Fix it too. So much more. Marry Christmas have fun guy's & gal's.

  • Jatonya Phillips

Love my shelf wish they had more. But the pickings seem lighter than before they only get a few of each item in so if you think you like it you better grab it bc it will not be there when you make up your mind.

  • Constance Crouse

My favorite Chinese Restaurant is here so I go often. There is plenty of parking. The place is changing there are a lot of different stores now as opposed to 3 years ago but still good stores.Good area.

  • Meghan Hartig

Do not go. This was absolutely horrifying. If you’ve ever seen the movie zombie land, I think this is where they filmed the movie (just kidding but not kidding). No stores are open. Complete ghost town

  • Snow Leopard IX

It was eerie like a post apocalyptic world where the zombies have overrun us and ammunition and gasoline were the highest in demand trade. The most exciting thing about a mall shouldn’t be it’s “props”

  • Nicoline Dominguez

Unfortunately, this place is not what it used to be. It's run down, hood, and all the good stores are gone. Nowadays, I only go there to teach my kids how to drive in the old Dillard's parking lot.

  • Ellen Martinez

The mall is in ruins and smells of mildew The ceiling is dripping and falling in pieces - there are more places in the mall where you can’t walk than where you can everything is roped off and most

  • Nicole

This place is like a Ghost Town. Alot of empty store lots only like 5 store that are open this place is disgusting and should be condemned no one should be allowed in here in these conditions

  • Kelly Gonzalez

Dreamland Carnival was great! My 7-year-old daughter and I had a blast riding the rides for over 4 hours! I recommend spending the money on the wristbands. They are so worth it!

  • Thomas Collins

This is not Regency Square Mall. It's a shopping center, with 3 eateries, Crafty Crab, Chucky Cheese Pizza, and Sakura Buffet. Oops 4 eateries almost forgot The Sheik.

  • Kay Tucker

No words can describe how this place looks! Popcorn was EVERYWHERE, the counters tops was filthy, and there we no lids for cups smh! I'll never come here again.

  • Derrick Colquitt

We had a great time at Lauren's seafood. Music and food were awesome. Thank you for showing our class of 79 a great time 2 days in a row!

  • Malea Andrews

There's a bus terminal at this location at regency mall doesn't have too many places where you can enjoy the attraction but it Is quiet.

  • Teresa Hernandez

Went in Dillard's clearance store and was greeted with a smile. The store offers beautiful designer clothes at a fraction of the cost.

  • Vicky and Snickers Anderson

Regency Mall is sad. It's empty. There are a couple things here but then he left. I'll tear it down and put up affordable housing

  • Deal With it

Stay away from this area! The mall is run down and the only good thing here is a church on the side opposite Olive Garden.

  • EDGAR LEATH

My place of worship (Impact Church). Praying for a REVIVAL of this once beautiful and vibrant area. Come & check us out.

  • RICAN HAVOC

I come here only when I take the bus to that area. It's one of the many Hubs for busses here in jacksonville, florida.

  • Freddie Krugger

It's pitiful how the city of Jacksonville allows this mall to be in such bad condition and still remain open

  • Latrial

Not very many stores left...place is rundown. Hopefully the new owners will turn things around

  • John Klein

There is 2 to 3 open stores and 90% off the mall is roped off for water damage or just closed

  • S.J.

I parked here to eat my lunch. Nice big, and safe lot. I didn't go into Dillard's.

  • Donna Nelson

Excellent Dillard's discount store huge store, alot of discounts ((*-*))

  • Yu Zheng

Walking into the mall is like experiencing the world in The Last of Us…

  • Dan Haqi

Place is a disaster!!! All empty and it’s the weekend!!
