I remember this mall in it's heyday. It was a great place to spend a Saturday. Shopping, having a bite to eat at the food court or one of it's nice restaurants. Maybe go to a movie or the arcade. You were safe. I get nervous just driving through the parking lot now. It is in ruins. Would love to see it great again!

I wondered if I’d walked into a condemned building. May or may not have seen someone walking around with a duffle bag dressed in body armor looking suuuppper suspicious. They may or may not be keeping this place open to launder money. Who knows. Scary scary. 1/10 would not recommend.

Do not I repeat do not go to this mall for any other store than Bath & Body Works! The staff were friendly despite their challenging environment. I could barely breathe in the common areas and the ceilings are caving in with no workers on site for repair.

The area is decline and can be dangerous. Go to the movies or whatever reason you came for and leave the area. Watch transitional spaces. The movies have excellent, armed and well equipped security forces keep the criminal element at bay

The China Buffet was phenomenal. After visiting the beach we were able to get a great sit-down meal the staff was extremely friendly prices were Great and the buffet was loaded with excellent options never seen so much sushi on a buffet!

It is sad the state this mall has been reduced to. Approximately, more than half of the mall is empty. The food court is practically nil. The only businesses that get a fairly steady stream of customers is Jimmy Jazz and Bath and Body

Need to close this place down! Holes and leaks in the ceiling all over the place! Trash cans, cones, and yellow tape everywhere! Mold, mildew smell is strong in the air! Hot and stuffy! It's only like 5 stores even open! Terrible!!!

The Mall has been in a state of decline for a decade... the staple stoes were Sears and JC Penny's. The do have some good smaller shops but it is basically a ghost town. I fid buy some new furniture last visit, got a great deal.

Dreamland Carnival was great! My 7-year-old daughter and I had a blast riding the rides for over 4 hours! I recommend spending the money on the wristbands. They are so worth it!

This is not Regency Square Mall. It's a shopping center, with 3 eateries, Crafty Crab, Chucky Cheese Pizza, and Sakura Buffet. Oops 4 eateries almost forgot The Sheik.

No words can describe how this place looks! Popcorn was EVERYWHERE, the counters tops was filthy, and there we no lids for cups smh! I'll never come here again.

There's a bus terminal at this location at regency mall doesn't have too many places where you can enjoy the attraction but it Is quiet.

Went in Dillard's clearance store and was greeted with a smile. The store offers beautiful designer clothes at a fraction of the cost.

Regency Mall is sad. It's empty. There are a couple things here but then he left. I'll tear it down and put up affordable housing

Stay away from this area! The mall is run down and the only good thing here is a church on the side opposite Olive Garden.

I come here only when I take the bus to that area. It's one of the many Hubs for busses here in jacksonville, florida.
