I've had the privilege of training with Emy, an exceptional personal trainer, pilates coach, and physiotherapist, for the past two years. Her unique combination of expertise has significantly improved my body posture and overall fitness level. Through her guidance, I've not only seen physical transformations but also gained a deeper understanding of my body's potential. Emy's personalized approach, attention to detail, and motivational support make every session enjoyable and effective. I can confidently say that my journey towards better health wouldn't have been the same without her.

Emelym excellent professional, in addition to having a unique energy, she is always willing to understand the individual problems of her patients and students. She has a lot of technical knowledge, likes to study, is always updating and bringing the best to her students. I've had many problems that I needed physiotherapy and acupuncture and she helped me a lot, consequently I started taking her classes and today I can’t stay without it, although I can always take her classes online. Would thanks coach Emelym on her positive, supportive attitude towards my recovery from two desks injuries ( lower back & neck ) recovery journey started last June 2022 by attending pilates cadillac & reformer, which reflected on my mobility, strength of lower back and weight loss, which allowed me moving to different exercises routine of yoga, swimming & once a week crossFit. Getting her DHA license as physiotherapy which will help me to improve lower back & neck adjustment, glad I met Emelym as my coach.
