I’ve had a great experience having my microneedling treatment done by Adriana Machado, the face behind Rejuvenesse skin spa. She explained the procedure in details, made clear that redness after the treatment was expected, and told me all the dos and don’ts for post microneedling procedure in order keep my skin moisturized and healthy. She showed me what products would be best to apply and what products should be avoided so that my skin would heal. Adriana is very knowledgeable, not only because of her for background - She was an active Medical Doctor in Brasil - but also because she is constantly investing her time in learning more about skin treatments and procedures in order to be able to provide the best skin treatments to her clients.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have cancelled two of my appointments without notice. I showed up for my appointment and when no one came I called and was informed that my appointment was cancelled. No one called me, emailed me or texted me. Today same thing happened on the way to my appointment I received a cancellation text. They refused to answer my call and told me to text them and did not text me back. If you’re buying a group on voucher for this business be aware.
