If I Could give 0 I would. DO NOT BUY FROM RELIABLE STORE!!!! The only reason I chose to take the risk buying from Reliable Store was because they advertised something that was not available elsewhere. 1) Delivery took 2 months and it was the wrong product. 2) Reliable Store did not reply to by emails which followed their return policy. 3) Managed to talk to someone when I called who was very polite and apologetic and told me the order would be rectified. That didnt happen. Called again a few weeks later, think I spoke to the same person, as when I told them my order number, the line cut off. 4) Tried calling again and I was immediately redirected to Reliable Stores automated messaging service. I feel totally scammed. Dont make my mistake - DO NOT BUY FROM RELIABLE STORE!!!!

Ordered a 3kW 48V Inverter from Reliable Store. When I asked them how long before I will receive it - they told me to check policy. On the top of their website it says "BEST NATIONWIDE DELIVERY", but policy says " 7 - 14 Business days". I asked then to cancel delivery, but they never replied. 3 weeks later I received a parcel with the wrong Inverter in. I contacted them and they told me to send a video describing what the fault was, which I did. They then told me that they will replace the item. This was more than 2 weeks ago - since then I've tried 4 times to contact them via email - NO REPSONSE! Phoned 4 times, but it goes to answering machine. Worst service EVER.....

Ordered an inverter 3 months ago. Repeatedly told delivery would be "next week". Have stil not received it. I've given up hope of ever receiving it. I can't cancel the order as the inverter was imported, although the advertisement never said anything about that. No response to my emails anymore, and the call gets cut off when I phone. Dreadful online shopping experience.

Bought a WiFi receiver, what was advertized and what I received were two different things, after many lies I finally approached Consumer Protection, that is my advice to anyone who are having issues with this company -- go straight to Consumer protection. I'm still waiting for a credit, 7 months and waiting.

Absolutely dreadful service. Items ordered in June 2022 and when I found out a week later that it would take a month to deliver the items, I cancelled and requested a refund. Many phone calls and many emails ensued, and 6 months later I have still not received the refund.

Two weeks since order placed and paid for. No confirmation of order. No email with courier details. Two emails unanswered. STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP.

I have requested a refund and it has still not been re-funded. Going to have to get in touch with law enforcement to assist.
