I don't recommend this company AT ALL. My girlfriend called them to book the car by phone. They explained her that all will be it's fine and included in the price so we should not worry. We arrived the day of the renting. They explained us the car is fully cover but if we are responsible for any scratch or accident the renting company will be refound by their insurance but we should still pay for the damage. So basically they can make money over you, for a scratch. Not sure if we have the same definition of "Fully-covered"... They propose us to call an extra company to get an extra insurance.. but wait this is nothing best is to come... They doubled the price of the renting because we wanted do do more then 600 km in 4 days!!! No other company in europe is doing this and usually include unlimited KM after this amount of time! They explained us the price per day will go up (why???) + pay a huge extra for the unlimited kilometers. This was a joke! And that is not all... They also booked the wrong date by reducing us 1 day. Great ... They explained us that if you bring back the car late you need to pay 10% of the price per day for each late hour .... I let you do the calculation ... if you want to bring the car 1 day later you can end up paying 240% of the price per day (24h) and not 1 day! Amazing! I think this was actually one of the biggest jokes I ever seen in all my life. Put 1 star because I cant put 0.... TAKE CARE DO NOT RENT HERE!

We had a BMW X3 for a week and must say ,car was immaculate,and selection that you can pick and enjoy holidays to the full are huge. Initially there was some mix up with reservation,but the owner reassured me few times ,not to worry and he was a man of his word. He was polite and really down to earth guy. We had the car dropped at the airport by himself at 23.00 they were on time & very efficient . Honestly I wish every city in Poland had this type of car rental. If you are tired of renting skanky little cars from Avis,hertz ,europecar you have to try them.

Fantastic car rental. Very fair pricing and great, flexible staff. Spontaneously rented a factory new car for 5 weeks on a Sunday evening without any hustle in a matter of minutes. During the rent, I could call at any time to get my questions answered in a quick and polite manner. Crossing the border was possible for a negligible fee. Returning the car went very smooth and took not more than 5 minutes. All in all the best rental experience I ever had (especially since the cars themselves are just mind blowing for those prices)

Podczas rezerwacji podana "ostateczna" cena była niższa o 200zl niż w dniu wypożyczenia. Dopiero na miejscu dowiedziałem się że samochód jest mocno obtarty oraz ma inne widoczne uszkodzenia. Odbiór samochodu był umówiony na godzinę 9, ostatecznie kierowca zjawił się po godzinie 13. Pan obsługujący mnie niezbyt uprzejmy, zasłaniający się regulaminami. Nie polecam.

Autka na medal, obsługa super! Bezkonfliktowo, rzeczowo i zawsze służą pomocą. Polacam każdemu , kto potrzebuje na chwilę pomocy , jak i na dłużej auta zastępczego czy też wynajmu dluterminowego. Ceny bardzo przystępne w porównaniu do innych wypożyczalni aut. Z przyjemnością- Firma na 5+.
