We had so much fun at Reptile encounters. Ben, our host, was absolutely amazing with kids and he kept everyone so engaged. The animals he showcased were so, for the lack of a better word, "cool"!!! On the day we went there was a face painting area and even after the show the staff, such as the Josh and Cat, moved around holding other creatures such as pythons or the frilled dragon for people to hold/feel and learn some more about. Don't forget to check out the small bird area and the "barking owl". Will definitely be visiting again.

I booked this experience from New Zealand after searching for somewhere my daughter could hold a snake and was worried as had no idea where we were going but I’m so pleased we found it. It was an amazing experience and so much more than we were expecting. We got to see and touch so many animals but also learn a lot about them from a very knowledgeable Josh. We all loved it and would highly recommend to others.

Highly recommend Reptile Encounters. It's a very educational, hands-on, highly engaging experience. Getting to hold a few reptiles at the end as well really put the icing on the cake. I had researched a few other reptile experiences prior to booking but this far exceeded others based on the hands-on approach and our experience on the day. Rosie was a great tour guide - very patient and went the extra mile to make our experience a great one.

Reptile Encounters visited our school for a year 1 incursion. Charli the presenter was very engaging and targeted her presentation and the information given perfectly to the student's ability. The students loved learning about the 7 species of animals and getting the opportunity to pat/touch them. We would definitely recommend this incursion and would have them back again. Thank you!

The HQ tour was an absolutely worthwhile experience, I took a client with a disability and they were completely understanding, patient and knowledgeable. Their wildlife were beautiful and well cared for, and we (both) had lots of fun holding and meeting the animals.

We had Nick come out from reptile encounters for my daughters 1st birthday. Nick was amazing and insightful, he engaged with guest’s and included the children as much he could. I highly recommend them! The variety of animals was amazing and Nick made the show relaxing and fun. The children and adults loved it.

A must-visit place if you are travelling with young kids who are interested/passionate about reptiles and animals. We signed up for the HQ Tour and it was perfect for our kid. It was private and intimate. You get to see the animals up close, and even hold some of them.

Five stars to Reptile Encounters who recently entertained a bunch of curious kids at our childcare centre community day. The staff were terrific to deal with and the assortment of wild and wonderful animals the children were able to meet on the day was amazing. I’d definitely book them again.

We had Reptile Encounters come to our house for our boys Birthday Party, it was amazing, interesting and the kids absolutely loved it. Thank you so much for making their birthday the most memorable ever. Alyssa was the best host, so sweet and knowledgeable.
