We moved our daughter into her new Brooklyn apartment - and lo and behold - we were locked in. The bolt on the deadlock was completely frozen. We called the locksmith and they were able to come very quickly and drill out the cylinder. We thought that was all we needed but again later than evening, we were locked in the apartment again. We reached out and they were able to come back later that evening and replace the entire lock mechanism. Everything has been great since then. Really fast service for a very difficult situation.

David made my Christmas day he is my hero man I got my room door locked and I couldn't enter my room so I called David he right away came in no time and fix the door in just a few seconds. he was so professional and efficiently , now I have a handy man I can count on any days even if it's holidays . he can do so many things in the house just try him and thank me later.

Outstanding service! I called for emergency service at the crack of dawn on a Sunday morning. Phone was picked up on the second ring, the dispatcher was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. They told me the tech would be here within a specific time period - a very reasonable wait time - and they came right on time. Excellent!
