Don't waste your time at Revolver Bonnie Doon; just go to Revolver Westmount, Record Collector's Paradise, or Listen Records. As the only customer in the store for 15-20 mins, I got zero acknowledgement from the lone staff member. The records I was interested in were only 10-15% off full new MSRP and featured dog hair, finger prints, small scratches, and no download codes for my trouble. If they want to charge top dollar for newer used records, they need to run them through a Spin-Clean and blow some canned air into the jackets. Plus, most of the store is full of over-priced used CDs and DVDs. Expensive and poorly run. Not worth the trip.

Came into find a vinyl for one of my coworkers and recieved superb help from Holly! I actually came in with a list, and she showed me how the store was organized and where I could find some of the albums I was looking for. Holly was very polite, kind, funny, and helped me select a record that my coworker would love out of the long list of potentials! I would totally go back just for the service. They also have an awesome selection of media and related products to boot.

This place doesn't know what they are talking about when pricing items. They had a used box set that was damaged at higher than new pricing. When I asked them to lower the price due to the damage they said "That's what discogs priced it at". Yeah not for a used damaged version. New these box sets were selling for $85. You can't use discogs as a pricing guide when you're selling used damaged merchandise. Needless to say I will never step foot into this store again.

I went into this store accompanied by my friend. My friend wanted to purchase 3 cd's. Not a soul in the store and we found the person at the cash to be rude and not very helpful. We asked him the location of certain cd's and he barely lifted a finger and looked like he was in pain working there. At the cash register he barely looked up, thanked us for the purchase nor asked if we found everything ok? Never going back!!!!

I drove all the way to Bonnie Doon from across town, just to go to Revolver. Unfortunately, when I got there, I found the store closed. Lights were on, doors closed, not even a sign in the window, explaining the reason for being closed. I waited for a while, thinking maybe staff was in the washroom or ran to get food but it never did open. And this was at 3pm. Disappointed and a bit angry. Thanks, Revolver...

This place is amazing, the staff who work there were excellent and extremely helpful. I inherited my Dad's vinyl records, so I'm new to the game. The guy who worked there just loved all my questions and gave me great tips on how to keep my records mint. The prices were great and they had a wonderful selection. I'll be going back again in a few months to check for new ones!!!!

Everything overpriced, rude staff that often aren’t even there or willing to help you, I would say that most of their supply comes from Value Village, Goodwill or other used discount stores. Better off spending $2 than $20. But you will love this place if you like saying goodbye to your money, and get treated horribly. This place is just a scam/rip off.

great underrated record store. i always manage to find something cool to take home and add to my collection. good punk and metal records, embroidered patches and tshirts. nice selection of used vinyl and reasonably priced. one of the few places that will buy your old CDs, exchange for store credit and support your Bonnie Doom local. cheers

This is a great place to browse if you like movies or music. As they are purveyors of used goods, they pay attention to the quality and condition of discs and vinyl and the prices are decent. Likewise, the same applies if you want to do a big clean out and recycle your movies and music.

Staff here are very helpful, and knowledgeable. They get in some unique items, for example while in the store a couple of days ago they had a copy of Pink Floyd Pulse on vinyl. Games, cards, tapes, stickers, cds, DVD, vinyl. I'm sure there are other things in there I don't notice.

I have been buying DVD's and Bluray's from Revoler, the store is always stocked with a vast variety of product, extremley well organized and clean. Staff are suer helpful! Easy location located in the Mall and prices are very reasonable! Nice to shop Local!!

Came in with some vinyl to have looked at to do trade in. The gentleman at the cash wouldn't even glance through them. He said he didn't have time and to either go to another location or come back another day. Was a complete waste of our time.

Friendly staff. They have a huge selection on used cds, vinyl, dvds and blurays. They give a good price if peeps bring in media for sale. Netter deal if you are looking to buy as well... As in store credit is higher than cash sales.

The best Revolver in Edmonton. I found some of my more hard-to-find favorites at this particular location. Good staff. Found some really cool oddball stuff too. Good selection of local artists too.

A good selection of used music in most formats, a nice selection of DVD’s, I bought one today, in a nice clean store with pleasant background music at a pleasant volume. No complaints.

great place to get scratches buffed out a dvd, had a rare movie fixed for 10 dollars, well worth it, came out looking brand new, plus alot of good movies there also

Ten bucks is WAY too much to pay for a used CD. I can get new ones for that price. Too bad, I would buy tons of CD's here if their prices were anywhere reasonable.

Weird mall. Strange place but ok selection of used vinyl. Depends who is working. Some just . dont. Care. Minimum wage goes up, effort goes down.

Update: Still one of the most depressing places in Edmonton due to the staff. I keep going back because I love to torture myself and love music

They had the DVD 's that I wanted. Very clean and organized as well . They checked each disc to make sure that they are ok. Good job .

Used mostly LPs, CDs, DVDs,and Blue Ray's plus some new Vinyl. Then there's the $1.99 bin with some interesting stuff sometimes.

$10 plus tax for used cd`s and alot of them aren`t in mint condition when you can get most of them on amazon for 6 or 7 bucks
