Fantastic shop with wholesome people. They greeted me with kindness and made this my favorite mechanic shop experience ever. On this visit I mainly worked with Daniel. I was worried about my car’s air conditioner and brought it in for inspection. instead of lying to me, Daniel told me I didn’t need any work, suggesting It was blowing warmer than normal air because of the heat wave and me not putting in the shades during the day. True hilarious shock at first but they were totally right (since I am new to the Miami area and forgot how hot it gets during these months). I instead got an oil change, which was done quickly and the price was fair. I would highly recommend anyone to this establishment! They also gave me some Spanish-speaking tips since I’m learning and that for me is PRICELESS!

I moved to Miami Beach a few years ago from Pennsylvania, my car is older so I was nervous about trying to find a new mechanic down here that I could trust. Then a friend from work recommended Steven and his father's shop and I am eternally grateful for that referral. This is a family run business with incredibly helpful and welcoming customer service that goes above and beyond. They provide the highest quality work at a fair price in a very timely fashion. Steven makes sure to let you know exactly whats going on with the vehicle and what work needs to be done. Everyone that works at Rey's have been incredibly friendly and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Bottom line, if you're looking for great service that you can trust, take your car here.

I initially started going to Rey’s Auto Repair for oil changes since I found they had really good reviews about being an honest family owned business and had decent pricing compared to most corporate mechanics. My car is getting older & I’ve had to bring my car back for some maintenance & they’ve done a great job at fixing my car issues and bringing up anything that truly needs repaired. I really appreciate when Steve sends me videos of the issues that will be getting work done, which gives me so much comfort in knowing there is really an issue and I can trust in them! I travelled from Canada to Florida by car. I lost my steering wheel in Miami. i had to rely on the internet to find a mechanic. I was unbelievably lucky to find REY'S AUTO REPAIR in SW 15 ave in Miami. Steven ,Rey (the father) and Daniel were so kind and so honest .... They tried all they could to help me solve my problem without taking me to the cleaners.... REY fixed my power steering simply using a powerful chemical spray.... As many will agree, a really good and honest mechanic is hard to find. Well, I found one! I have an older car that started leaking oil from the head gasket causing the oil to produce a lot of smoke. I was met by Danny and Steve and quickly figured out the issue. They are professional, courteous, and gave me a quote and recommendation to fix the problem. All at a fair price. If you need a good mechanic and live in or around the Miami area, I highly recommend them. I couldn’t be happier. I have my new mechanic and I will bring my car to them anytime my car needs service.

The people at this shop are so nice you won’t believe every time you come here they’re ready to help. I’ve coming here for a while and I have brought three different types of cars. I come here for a tire that’s loosing air or may have a flat and though the place is small and doesn’t have parking, they are always eager to help and they appear to be very honest and also relaxed. Most of the time you notice mechanics are stressed out by the volume of work but this guys are always calm and with a smile!

Steve and the team at Rey’s Auto are the nicest, most trustworthy, and down to earth mechanics you will ever meet. They are extremely communicative to the point where they will sometimes even send you videos explaining what the issues may be and what they plan to do to fix it. I’ve never had a mechanic that has made me feel so comfortable bringing my car in whenever there is an issue. Do yourself a favor and bring your car here if you are having any issues. You will not regret it.

Uber shut me down after I reported driving through 3 feet of water on a ride and hearing a noise. Daniel diagnosed a piece of plastic cover dragging on the ground, put the car up on the lift, re-attached the plastic to the body with zip ties, and had me back on the road and approved with Uber within 15 minutes. They did a diagnostic, visual inspection, and were very professional. And I was out the door for less than $50. I found an amazing mechanic. FIVE STARS!!!

Amazing experience! Everyone at Rey's Auto Repair was helpful, honest about the work that needed to be done on my car, and extremely detail oriented when it came to pricing and options for repair. Best of all, they constantly kept in touch and updated me on the status of the repairs as they were doing them. Turnaround time was extremely quick as well, same day! Definitely will be coming back if I need any more repairs, price was great, service was even better!

Was on vacation in Miami from Tampa and this morning found my transmission in my beloved ‘94 Buick Roadmaster wagon having some strange noises. As I had to get to Orlando for work the next day I called and Rey’s agreed to take a look on short notice. Turns out I will indeed need a new transmission pretty soon but I really appreciate them taking a look at it anyways. They didn’t even charge me for the time!

I was recommended to this shop by a friend. I called beforehand and explained to them what was wrong with my car. Daniel provided me two possible scenarios of what it could be and the process of their repair. The service was quick and transparent once I arrived, they definitely won my trust. Will return in the future and appreciate their honestly and fair pricing.

I have been going to Rey's since I moved to Miami in 2022 for oil changes, a carbon emission issue, tire pressure, and most recently when my bumper came off due to my reckless parking (lol) and honestly they are the best in town! Super hospitable, knowledgeable, and show integrity with great pricing. Highly recommend for brickell and little havana residents :)

This is absolutely the best experience with a car mechanic I have ever had! Steve took great care of me with his expert advice, professional work and courteous service. My Jeep’s suspension system was literally falling apart and they replaced/rebuilt most of it in a quick 2-day turn around for a very reasonable price. My car is like new!

This is the friendliest family on earth and I am so grateful my neighbor recommended them. My fuel door actuator broke and my gas was on E… the cheap piece of plastic for the emergency release broke so Steve pried open the door and his father fixed the actuator in 5 minutes….they saved the day and I was able to get gas!

I can highly recommend Rey’s Auto Repair. They will help you out, they are knowledgeable, professional and honest. They will treat you well and not over charge you. They will help you on the spot if they can. If it takes a while just go for a walk or have a drink at Ball and Chain, two blocks away on 8th Street.
