The guys who work at this car wash were very rude. Normally someone is at the service machine to take payment, and give you a cloth to dry your car. By no one being at the service machine I decided to get out the car and get my own cloth out of the box that was sitting on the ground. Two must have been watching me from the window in the office. They both ran out of the office to ask if I would like a membership. I told them no thank you I’m not interested. After I told them no thank you they headed over to the next lane. I looked up and they are giving the car in the next lane service....doing what they normally would do. I guess they were feeling some type of way since I told them I didn’t want to purchase a membership. On top of that the other lane had a sign that said cash only. I didn’t have cash so I had to back up in the tight space and go to the opposite side to use my card. I told one of the guys I kept receiving an error message. Nothing was wrong with my card because I just used it before I went to the car wash. The guy should have been doing his job by trying to figure it out. All he said was something is wrong with your card and he dismissed me. He never tried to swipe my card himself and figure out the problem. On top of that the guy just left me sit in my car he never even raise the arm up or anything I had to ask him to raise the arm up so I can exit the car wash. I was just over the situation and took an exit that you barely can get through because the entire car wash is super tight. I rarely come to this location. I won’t be back. The people at the Earhart and Kenner locations are much more professional and nice. This location doesn’t even give you the air freshener like the other locations.

They let you pay first so you get a car wash automatically which is great and for the good value you, in addition, can use all of the car vacuuming services that you need! Yayyy!!! No more endless need for constant annoying quarters!! Lol. All is already pre-paid for, you can take all the time you’d like and need! It’s GREAT!!! The vacuums are HUGE and high-powered! They are great quality and really do the job!!!! I ONLY go here now! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Also, great and professional customer service! They are friendly and when I needed to stay a little just a little after closing they let me while they finished cleaning out garbage cans…. Who Dat?!

This the second time I have visited this location. It is centrally located in Algiers on a point of land between General DeGaulle and MacArthur. In my opinion, they should have found a larger piece of land. Everything is too close together. Just turning onto the property is tight. There are no pre-wash stations. Only about 12 vacuum/drying spots. The actual wash itself does a pretty good job. The dryer machine leaves more water in the vehicle than other car washes. Overall I would recommended this place to others. Oh, they do offer a monthly card that offers unlimited washes for a price of no more than $30.

I like having a car wash on the west bank but this location is not nearly as good as the one on Earhart. It isn't just that the Earhart location is larger, but the staff at this location are really unattentive. Some seem more interested in looking at their phone than telling you when you can start through the wash. They rarely prespray the car like they do at the other location. The wash is good and the vacuums work great but between the small size and the staff, it is a little disappointing especially since the Earhart location is so fantastic.

I purchased a bogo $20 wash as I do every week since they’ve been open. This time the guy said they would be closing due to covid 19 but they would honor the extra wash beyond the expiration date. Well that didn’t happen, and they thought it was quite amusing and laughing in the office that I was trying to redeem it.... It was 5 days past expiration.. To me it’s not about the money, but I know who’s not getting any more from me. P.S. The tint in the office isn’t as dark as you think...

Had a good experience great vacuums as well as the young lady and gentleman that helped me were very professional and sweet. Try to find them after the car wash so that I can add them onto the review but they were busy assisting other people. I love all of their locations. As a matter of fact I have driven out of the way to go there to clean my car

Save yourself and go to another company . If they damage your vehicle there’s a sign basically saying they don’t cover it . Cracked windshield, scratched car , or bumper fell off it’s not their fault! David basically calls back from his list of customers with reports and says it’s not our fault and that’s what the sign says.

I Really don't like giving bad reviews, but this was disappointing! This car wash is not worth going through the wash. I just wanted to wash a little dust off my car. I went in with a shinny car, and after paying $10 dollars came out with spots on my car. What???

The service here is really great and consistent. They give complimentary disposable towels for drying the remaining water left after the wash. My only reason for not giving 5 stars is that sometimes the vacuums don’t perform well.

It cleaned the outsode of the truck but did not clean in the fender wells. It's still like it was before I went through the carwash. And I paid for the $20 which was the best wash. For $20 should do a better job

The guys are very nice and always willing to help, I've been a member for a few years. I wish you guys would take over the one on Manhattan BLVD, it's closer to my house and it looks abandoned.

Great staff very clean monthly plan is the BEST DEAL!!! The mechanical wash is thorough and gentle on my Audi I hand waxed it once and the water was still beading up on it 9 months later!!!

Spent $20 for the most expensive wash and there is still pollen on our SUV. I would recommend finding another carwash as we will be doing. One upside, plenty of vacuums for the interior.

This is the best place to get your car wash. The staff are great people. On Monday's they give a free wash if you come back within two weeks. They do it the New Orleans way!

I have a black on black vehicle, and the 15 follar wash does a great job, wax is excellent, tire shine perfect. Best carwash yet.
