Their staff are good and customer support are very fast. They have 1 lift and 4 floors. Their location is not that great hotel is between Street and Streets of Lucknow. This place also have wifi's but I have only some of their password:- Richagrandinng4g = richa123 ज़्यादा

Good hospitality,serve delicious veg/non veg.food. Reliable tarrif. Situated at a place which is near the Railway station,metro Station Hussainganj and main place of Lucknow Hazratganj and Vidhanshabha.
They are cheaters and scammers... Plz don't stay there... I have faced a lot of problems and scam by the hotel management.... They bluff you by their tricks... Beware of Richa Graden Hotel
Refused to provide booked hotel and charged double for the same room. also, bedsheets are not clean and also refused to provide complimentary breakfast....
