Richmond Road Medical practice is excellent. Their reception team in particular are outstanding- unfailingly efficient and friendly. You rarely have to hold for long periods when calling, and their phone system tells you where you are in the queue, then you are recognised by the number you are calling from. A real time saver.

I’ve been with 3 doctors surgery’s over the past few years due to moving. one in a small village and 2 in London. This is my fourth one and is like arriving At Disney lane. the best practice i have been part of since moving to London 7 years ago. The reception staff are super friendly and efficient they solve your problems super quickly. the doctors are all lovely and they put on street parties and events regularly.
