Hello, My personal experience was that I had to go back three times to have my ring fixed. No one called the two times to tell me my ring was ready for pick up. The third time I picked up my ring the ring wasn't reshaped properly into a circle as it was badly damaged due to my error. The ring was wide as ever and replaced with small cheap diamonds. I left the place and went to another Jewelry place on BloorWest Village and they shaped it and noticed it wasn't fixed properly at all. I wanted to support local business oh well.

I'm really impressed with the personal service here. For a place that has been in business for 40 years, it's a well kept secret! Notice that there are no bad reviews! Even though there are few reviews, they are all extremely happy customers. These folks went above and beyond, at the busiest time of year to get me what I needed. And I'm not even a big spender. I will never go anywhere else in future. My highest recommendation to this business!!!

We took 2 rings in to Stavros-1 diamond replacement, 2 repairing ring as it got caught in a mail slot and was damaged. Well, the repairs were done so quickly (under a day). The rings look incredible and the repairs are fantastic! The charges for the repairs were tiny. I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Richview, they are really good, caring people who do a terrific job for little cost. Check them out.

Richview Jeweler's owner Mr.Avram Sufrin is very rude and unprofessional. He purchased Jewelry from me on December 7th and December 17th subsequently and he gave me 4 cheques, among which 2 went NSF. He owes me $7158.00 incl. interest and NSF fees. Don't do any business with this company and person, he's totally untrustworthy.

Hi, I went to this place for the first times because it was in my area and as soon as I walked in the service was 10/10. Very kind worker and very accommodating. I went to repair a complicated fine gold anklet and a bracelet that would slip out of my hand and both pieces were fixed perfectly. I would recommend this place :)

It is hard to leave a piece of important jewelry with a stranger but they made me feel very comfortable knowing they have 40 years of experience and trust in the business. My ring was fixed in 2 days so fast and efficient, and no time to worry. I would recommend this store for any jewelry repair.

I don't know why this is rated so wonderfully. One watch got a watch battery, and another watch wanted a leather watch band. Both prices are expensive. I wouldn't come here again, unless stuck to get a repair done.

Whoever did adjustment to my earrings botched them. The earrings got embellished with gold of lower quality. They look cheap and unrefined.

Repaired two necklaces and got a ring sized and the turnaround time was only a day. Everything was done well. The owner is a funny guy!
