Nice (obviously popular local Asian eatery - full restaurant with a line up) chinese eatery specialising in Hainan chicken rice. We ordered the double serve of chicken and rice, char kway teow and fried rice. The chicken portion is generous and all dishes were tasty. The chicken rice is not exactly authentic but they do have their own unique flavour (have to say it was nice). The sauces was also interesting but probably can be a bit more spicy for Asian taste. The standout for me was actually the hot coffee milk tea (very aromatic). It is definitely worth a try if you are in the area.

Signature Hainanese Chicken Rice

The quality is astonishing!!! I would definitely come back, it was our last dinner before heading to the airport, we absolutely enjoyed the food! The place itself is clean and tidy. The menus are ok too, they use folders to put their menu and I expected the folders would be a bit sticky, but they were ok! Cleanliness 9/10 Didnt check the toilet though. Highly recommend if you’re looking for laksa or hainan chicken.

We are so glad we found this place as one Malaysian restaurant in the city, we usually go to, closed down. We first tried Hainanese Chicken and chicken laksa, both were good enough, at fair price, for us to come again. We came after 1:00pm so might have avoided the busiest periods. The small down side is you need to walk around the block for their toilet.

Have had dinner here a few times now and I must say that I just love their food and service. My favourite orders would be the tossed noodles and the noodle soup with chicken breast. The flavour of their food tastes so simple but just perfect. I also find the staff here to be nice and friendly. They always seem so happy to assist customers and so patient when you take quite a while to decide on your order. Will keep coming back here.

Dropped by for lunch on Sunday. The shop was full and we waited for about 10minutes before getting a seat. The food was definitely nice and pricing was not too bad. However, not worthy of the 5 stars as food wasn’t mind blowing good & the shop was pretty cramped with seating.

Combination Laksa, Chicken Rice

The best Hoinan chicken rice you can find in Adelaide! Loved that they offer different combinations to go with the meal, eg steamed or fried chicken, rice or noodles and choices of chicken portion. Also, we’ll never have enough of the hk style iced lemon tea. Yum!

Went there last Friday, The chicken rice is really amazing, and the sauce for chicken is right on spot. Tom Yam soup is also worth a try. Took a while for my order to be ready, around 15-20 min? But consider it was Friday night. I will give it a pass

Absolutely authentic Asian food. The laksa is 100 % what I will exact as Asian. Little shop the service is friendly and quick. The price is reasonably in North Adelaide. Definitely recommend for everyone who love Asian food. Laksa is little bit spicy so if you don’t doing well with spicy maybe ask for non spicy.

Only tried their full set chicken rice. Quite like it. Keen to try other dishes next time. Bring cash to avoid card transaction fees. They can be quite busy during lunch time.

I am a huge fan of this place. Possibly the best chicken rice I've had in Adelaide. Although pictured is not chicken rice but tossed chicken noodles, the quality of the food is top notch and reasonably priced! Highly reccomend
