The staff was friendly and helpful. Their services are reasonably priced. I let them know up front that I was new at the whole cycling thing and needed a tune up on a inherited bike and they did not try to oversell me things! Although it's far from where I live, I'm going to go back to this shop for all my biking needs.

The price for a simple tire fix was very reasonable. If you’re looking for any customer service this isn’t really the place for it, though. There are many places that are far more deserving of your money than this one. The decent price to fix a flat tire is not enough to compensate for the horrible customer service.

This place rocks. Good vibes with good people that are happy to help with any thing you need. Fixed a busted rear wheel spoke and trued my rim, dropped it off watched a flick next door and was ready for pick up by the end of the movie.
