Booked in for service after making a phone call, and team were informed, kind and keen to help from the very get go. Dropped the bike a handful of days before the service which was helpful that they could store the bike. Got an update via phone call as to progress and what needed to be worked on, a cost was quoted and the work was then initiated. Came in for a coffee during my waiting, good products they use for their bakery supplier and coffee beans, just would like to see some small improvements on the cafe service for speed and accuracy of orders. Look forward to coming and using the shop for future bike work.

I went in on the weekend and the bathroom was filthy. Bin overflowing and no toilet paper. A girl with bright blonde hair was sitting behind the desk at the front on her phone and ignored me. Seems like this business is more concerned about their “cool factor” than service as it’s not the first time I’ve been ignored or there has been no one in the shop at all. Not sure what the business model is here but apparently service isn’t it.

Highly recommend a bike fit session at Contour. I purchased a bespoke bike from UK but never felt really comfortable on it despite the team having all my measurements. So decided to contact Darren at Contour. The appointment process was easy and very professional.. it feels like a different bike, rides like a dream. Thanks to the whole team for your professional assistance.

Popped in to say hi, and try the coffee. And such an amazing fully flavoured cup it was, so much so I ordered another! Tim and his team were so welcoming, offering lovely crystal clear water, to take the edge off the heat. Will be back! As a note, the shop is open now. Get in before the TDU, and enjoy it now!
