Took my bike here to get a rear derailleur replaced and cable replaced and the shifters corrected...yes I got rear derailleur replaced and got some extra I didn't ask for...which ordinarily would've been fine...but I had to pay for it.... After getting the bike back I thought it was fine but I should've been more thorough, after I got bike home realized the shifters were off; rear and front still and cable wire was fraid at the end (pic)..I ended up adjusting the shifters myself and cut the fraid end....$60 for little work and work I didn't ask for ....I do not recommend this place

They are never open during normal business hours. There credit card reader is never active, so you have to come in prepared with cash. If you have questions involving your bike, and they are busy with auto services, they will act like you're problems are small, and may even give you attitude. How ever, on slow days they are very chill and laid back, and they do give an added personality to the neighborhood. Some times they may give you a free tier change.

I broke a spoke of the rear wheel of my mountain bike at the end of my Sunday ride. I removed the cassette and took the wheel to Paradise. They found the right size and replaced the spoke with a sturdy one on the spot. Fast service at no charge :-) (The wheel still needs to be trued, but I can manage that myself).

Badass service and also great riding advice was given to me by Richard and Jive thanks brothers and also thanks for hooking up my son with his new fixed gear bike and also taking care of our personal bikes aswell I highly recommend this shop for anyone in the cycling community

After working there a year and witnessing all the shady stuff that was going on just to have a gun pulled on me by this guy's methhead brother while I was working I quit. Get anything in writing when it comes to this place, i mean if you are that desperate to have to go there

Was great, then it became a headache; now it's great again. It basically depends on whether they have a technician, or whether he's quit the job. Take earmuffs, because their music is sometimes so loud, one can't communicate what one is there for...

This place was just a quick stop to ask about my bike. Turned out the guy is pretty good at what he does, good communication and he fixed everything on my mongoose , sone stuff he did it just to do it. Very respectful guy. Thank you again !
