In response to your comment: Stillwater over the phone said (in their own words) that you, the agent dropped the ball and provided the wrong dwelling type.We are fully aware of the proper dwelling type required by the lender. I contacted your office twice to emphasize the urgency of the matter, mentioning the approaching cancellation date. The person on the phone assured us they would call back the next day, but we never received a response. I also emailed your office but received no reply. Your office finally called days after our policy's cancellation date, which was too late to be of any use. Fortunately, we managed to find a better provider who insured our home in time, preventing us from being left without coverage. ***** Right Time Insurance initially responded promptly to my inquiry after my lender recommended their service and accepted their quote. However, after our home insurance provider dropped us because the agent provided the wrong dwelling type information, Right Time Insurance's responsiveness vanished. Despite promising to assist us and get back to us through email or phone, they did not take any action to help resolve the issue or find a new insurance provider for us.

I worked with Jennifer at Right Time to find a better policy for my rental condo. She was detailed in understanding my needs and provided detailed quotes that reflected my needs. What I MOST appreciated about Jennifer’s customer service is that she was NOT trying to sell me something. Jennifer educated me on how to determine the coverage I needed to BE SURE that If I needed to make a claim; it would be sufficient. It’s always a good idea to “SHOP” insurance providers. When you do, I would strongly recommend Jennifer and Right Time. GREAT customer service.

We set up autopay; I gave them my info over the phone then they send a docusign and the account number is blocked out. None of my payments were going through and no one contacted me until close to termination! They didn't know why the payment wasn't working and didn't suggest that the account number was incorrect. It took me too long to figure it out on my own. What a headache! Other than that I can't complain.

John was great. My family and I dealt with quite the difficult close of escrow. After the initial home insurance vendor notified us that they were going to drop us, I reached out to John. Told him what I was looking for, and within 4 hours, he had a plan drafted up for me. His professionalism, follow-up, and follow-through was great. Highly recommend him.

These guys are a joke. Caused a laps in homeowners coverage due to improper paperwork and would not compensate for there mistakes. An absolute chore to deal with....there team obviously has NO clue how to run a business
