They cost me hundred of dollars in repairs when i asked them for a simple 4 wheel alignment. Got a new set of tires, figured id get an alignment... mistake was choosing these guys. After the alignment, my car couldnt turn or drive at highway speeds properly and felt un-fit and un-safe. Great - a turbo sports BMW that can't go over 80. Useless. Checked under the car and noticed a torched mark on my rear upper lateral arm. Drive back to this 'shop' Took a test ride in my car where i let the owner drive my car. As he ruined my expensive manual shiftbox with his inexperienced shifting, i sat there absolutely shocked - passenger in my own vehicle. He laughed and said he was glad that he didn't cause the problem, but did agree there was a problem. Owner denied responsibility, then angerly threw a cash refund at me when i told him i just checked under my car in my driveway and he realized i wasn't so gullible. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. For the sake of your safety. If i wasnt knowledgable about cars i may have driven on, and by the time i knew something was wrong, my car would be upside down in a ditch. They like to torch your expensive suspension parts that cost an arm and a leg to replace. (Most suspension components are labour intensive) People make mistakes. But business owners need to take responsibility for their actions. They couldn't lift my car properly to even check the suspension. (Correct points shown below for my model) Dont trust them with your precious valuable vehicle. Do not trust them AT ALL. All in all, parts, tires, labour, time, headache - priceless.

My daughter took her VW Golf to Right-Tech for an oil change and to change her winter tires. When she picked up her car, they advised that they heard a noise and that if the noise got louder, for her to bring her car back. They said it was the wheel bearing. She drove the car for a couple of days, the car started to shake and make a very loud noise. We noticed that there were 3 out of 5 lug nuts missing. We had the car towed to Right-Tech. They advised the lug nuts were old (the car is 5 years old) and that they had snapped and because she had driven on it, it had damaged the wheel bearing further. They wanted to charge $670 plus tax to fix it. They did replace the lug nuts but we drove the car to the VW dealership as I did not trust the technicians at Right-Tech, when I spoke to them they were snippy and brushed off the danger that my daughter had been in when she drove the car going as far as telling me that as a driver, she should have known that it wasn't safe to drive her car. The service technicians at the dealership advised that "the driver front wheel bearing to be cross threaded" this, of course, damaged the bearing. Turns out that the "noise' they heard was that of the lug nuts not being properly torqued. They charged us $500 plus tax to do the exact same job. The total of my bill including the tow was over $1000 for something that should have only cost the cost of the oil and the wheel change. If you value your safety and the safety of others, please reconsider having these guys work on your car. If I could give them less than 1 star, I would.

Worst experience I've had in a while... My Audi A6 engine blew and I was in desperate needs to get the engine repaired/replaced. I could not get an appointment at any local mechanic shops so I came across Right Tech Auto online. As I contacted and spoke with them, I was told they are Audi specialists and they will have my vehicle up and running fine, I put my trust into them. Once the engine was replaced, exactly 1 month after the engine light came on and my car was driving funny. I took it back to right tech and they diagnosed and seen my thermostat was faulty. After replacing that and paying out of pocket for the parts and labour, I went to pick up my vehicle in the right tech auto parking lot. Once I started the car it was squealing, shaking, misfiring, etc. The owner Van told me its fine and I just have to drive the car for 1 week and he even offered to drive it for me all week. After driving the car myself for 1 week, I took it back to right tech as the car was still performing the same. Another week went by and I haven't received an update, I ended up calling and finding out from them myself that the engine that was put into my vehicle was faulty and medal shavings were found!!! Once again I was out of a vehicle for months, no accommodations, no rental offered to me, NOTHING! Staff are extremely rude, as a person who works in the service department myself, this was the worst customer service i've ever experienced. DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS HERE AT RIGHT TECH

I had no idea about this shop until I saw the excellent reviews, and it's a hidden gem! To give you the short version - their prices are fair, they have great mechanics, the state of the art tools, great problem solving skills and gave me one of the best mechanic experiences since I've owned a car. For those who want to know the full story: I had an issue where my VW golf MK4 was whirring whenever I would turn the steering wheel or enter high revs. I thought the problem was my belts slipping (due to the sound), so I googled the closest, highest reviewed mechanic to my location. Before heading down, I called Daren and he had a great attitude and didn't put me down for bringing my own opinion to the table. Once I arrived, they took me in and made sure I was comfortable. A few hours later they brought me into the shop and showed me that my rack and pinion for my steering as well as power steering pump were leaking fluid and that was my issue. Unfortunately, from this point on I can't critique their work on my vehicle because I decided against the repair for my own reasons and for nothing that was the wrong doing of Right-Tech Auto. This being said, in the few hours I was there they had customers that had been obtaining service from them for over 20 years and it felt like it was one big family. Van and his guys are running a great shop and I would recommend their services to anyone who is willing to receive the best experience for a fair price.

Horrible! My suggestion is to avoid this place. At first when I saw positive reviews I got my vichle inspection done here. I thought it was going to be a good alternative to take my Mercedes. I was so wrong!!! It took 2 hrs to do the inspection lol and their serivce charge is extremely high. (By-the- way they try to get you to leave a Google review before you pay your bill and even look at the work that was done) Let me continue with this HONEST REVIEW. I needed a basic oil change so I called them. Not only where they very abrasive and condescending over the phone, I was told I would need to leave my car at their shop for half a day to get an oil change done these guys are ridiculous. I also tried to get my winter tires swapped, a tune up done and some other repairs but was unable to make an appointment, after several attempts to reach someone by phone, and email but no one got back to me. I ended up going somewhere a bit more professional. This place is highly unreliable, and from my experience one red flag is enough. At 3am Sunday morning (Nov 2019) my car wouldn't start after sitting in an airport parking lot for 15 days. Initially I had the car towed to a nearby service center who advertised they were open on Sunday. Since I needed it fixed asap this seemed like a good choice. Big mistake. I should have had the car towed directly to Right Tech Auto Service on the Sunday and contacted them on Monday. The service advisers were both professional and personable. Even better was that they knew the mechanic I used to deal with when I lived in North York! This was very reassuring as I have a great deal of respect for that mechanic due to his superior level of service. The problem with my car turned out to be corroded wiring. Not a simple problem to fix. It did take a few days for them to rebuild the wiring which is understandable due to the nature of the problem. They also did it at a reasonable price. I wish I had brought my car to these guys on Sunday even though they were closed. If something like this were to happen to me again I wouldn't hesitate to have the vehicle brought to Right Tech. If they are closed I'd simply leave them a note/message and call them at the beginning of their next business day.

Was looking for a shop to do a standard safety test on a Porsche 911 Turbo. I called this shop up and was told to come in right away. Arriving I knew I had come to the right place. I was met by the most friendliest and professional of men who took care of business without delay. While Right-Tech caters to everyone I discovered they specialized in luxury vehicles. They discovered additional work that needed to be done, but because of their specialization, we opted to have them do the work at what I believe is a reasonable price instead of taking it to a Porshe service centre. What sold me even further is that they were a one-stop shop. I needed to get a thorough detailing done and I discovered it is a service I can get done as well. And just like dealerships that offer tea and coffee while you wait, well you can have that here to! You have a Rolls-Royce and you have a problem, this is the spot! You have a Ford and you have a problem, this is the spot! Vangelis and his team is who you need to take care of your vehicle. I will certainly use them again 100%. I made a big mistake taking my Range Rover to this shop. I was hearing a loud noise while braking and turning; these guys charged me almost $2000 and did not even fix the problem. In the end, Jack comes and tells me, "your car is in great condition, don't worry about the noise; you can just ignore it." What? So you didn't fix the noise issue? Then why am I paying almost $2000? Jack is like, "we did brakes and stuff." Don't tell me that nothing is wrong with my car when I hear loud noises while braking and turning. And secondly, don't do random stuff on my car to fill your pockets. You should have simply said "We know nothing about Range Rovers" instead of scamming me. This is the first and last time I am taking my Range Rover to local shops like Right Tech Auto that does not know anything about Range Rovers, I could've spent $500 more and gotten the issue fixed at a Land Rover dealership. On top of that, they asked me to leave a five-star review for the shop. Crazy. Electric cars are slowly taking over the market; I hope shops like Right Tech Auto will be out of business in a few years.

Ahh the wonderful people at this place! I highly encourage you to go here even if you don't need vehicle support. All of the employees were super helpful and supportive. I called in first regarding a potential turbo issue and Jack and Van heard us out (which was really appreciated) and walked us through a process that could help clarify our issue. They greeted us in person, checked out our car on the spot, and offered to keep it over night so that they could check it out fully in the morning (no charge). Come the morning there was consistent communication from them on what steps they were taking and what was happening (really reassuring). They quoted us, fixed what ACTUALLY needed to be fixed, and charged us slightly less than they quoted (what?!). The whole time they were caring, curious, considerate, and very friendly. Our car is running again in great shape and we no longer have the stress of trying to find a new-used vehicle for work and life. So much relief! It's our first car and I'm going back to them for more because I trust them. Thanks to the whole team, ya 'sweet hearts' <3

Went to Right-Tech based on good Google reviews, but more because they could book me sooner than the other shops. This place is in a good location with lots of parking and has a nice facility. I got a diagnostic for an engine problem, but the quote was easily 50-80% higher in price than other European auto specialist in the GTA, including from factory dealerships. I know this because I also took my car to the factory dealership and another Euro shop and also called around afterwards. The diagnostics at these places were either free or they would subtract it from the final bill. All three places had the same conclusion regarding the problem. Van, the owner at Right-Tech probably knew he was well off standard rates as he printed out the invoice for the diagnostics work, but would not put the repair quote in writing. His verbal quotes for parts had a huge premium built in. But they will not accept if you brought your own parts (brand new) due to "insurance reasons". I thanked Right-Tech and took my business elsewhere.

My friend referred me to this auto repair shop and I have to say that this is the best auto service i have ever received. I've never taken the time to write a review on anything but i had to make an exception this time especially after years of bouncing from one auto shop to another looking for a decent honest mechanic (we know how honest mechanics these days are as prehistoric as the dinosaurs!!). Anyways, a big congrats to me because I have finally found an auto shop that I am going to stick with. The staff is great, very patient they take the time to answer your questions, it wasn't the drive thru kind of customer service I have received at other shops in the past. My friend also received top of the line service from these guys, new winter tires an alignment and oil change for a very decent price after she had wasted her time at two other shops that were preparing to rip her off in broad daylight. I am definitely going to keep recommending these guys to my family and friends.

The best shop I have ever been to! I brought my truck in for a battery replacement and an alignment, and without asking the shop gave the entire truck a look over and found a few more things that i had no idea about and brought them to my attention.Those issues weren't a nessessity to be fixed at this point but perfect to know for future reference. To top it off two days after I got my truck back I received a call from Jack to check in with me and to make sure the truck was running right and there wasn't any issues with anything. If you want your vehicle serviced right and to have peace of mind knowing that its ready for winter or any season for that matter bring your vehicle to Right tech. You may pay a bit more than just a regular auto shop but its worth every penny knowing that the job was done right! I was traveling on Friday from Ottawa to Toronto on the highway when the oil light came on just before 6pm. I called the Audi dealer and the best they could do for me to schedule an oil change did not work. I called these guys and they said bring it in first thing in the morning when we open. I brought it in at 8AM. The guy at the counter worked at an Audi dealer before and knew the correct type of oil etc.... They had me in and out very quickly and the price was less than I normally pay to have the work done at a dealer. They were fast and courteous. They also let me know my front brake pads were fine but my rear brake pads were getting close to the rotor 3mm left. They offered to do the work with no pressure. I did not get that done as I had other business in the city but it was nice to know so I could get it addressed when back in Ottawa before they started grinding. Great service. I would go back for sure.

I live in Calgary and purchased my 2016 Porsche Cayman GT4 in guards red from Van, one of the owners of the business, sight unseen. For a car in very high demand that's worth well over $100,000 in today's market, the price he was asking was below market value on Auto Trader where it was listed. He wasn't looking to charge Porsche dealership prices and make the most bucks he could from the sale; he wanted it to go to someone who would be over the moon with it. And I am. The transaction process was very smooth and I appreciated that he was willing to get to know me personally over the phone, not just complete a transaction. That was a thoughtful touch. All service documents including the rev report was included with the sale. Thank you, Van! I couldn't be happier with this amazing machine.

I put 4 stars because there's always room for improvement! I would do a 4.5 but there's not choice for that. 4.9 would be ideal but it's not available. Anyways overall, I had a fantastic service here! I had an emergency flat tire problem during the most coldest winter of January 2022. I just came out of the nearest highway, and googled the nearest shop and there this was. I called in and got rescheduled right away. Customer service was prestige. They have an espresso machine, which was a welcoming bonus. I was driving a Black 2 Door 2015 BMW 2 Series Coupe. I felt really safe, and had that peace of mind driving back on the road after my time here. Friendly Team. If you go back there enough, I feel like they'll eventually treat you like a family! Worth the visit, and worth the money!

Amazing customer service! As a first time car owner, I was truly blown away. Taking your car to a shop you've never been to before can be so nerve racking but these guys make you feel like family. Darrin at the front desk was super friendly and accommodating when I called in for a last minute appointment... Jack was so amazing, my car is an older model and although it looked great on the outside, there was ALOT of work to be done. He showed me exactly what needed to be done and explained everything in such detail and kept me updated. They quoted me an unbelievable price. I brought the car in for a diagnostics and found out that the previous seller did not provide all the details about a possible accident with the vehicle before I purchased it. Needless to say, I was devastated and honestly did not know what to do. The Right-Tech team stepped in, starting with Jack, and began helping me out. Jack called Van to come in and the 2 of them were so kind and knowledgeable about the situation. I had my car in the shop for 1 week however I feel like I've known the Right-Tech team for many years. This shop is organized and run like a dealership, except you don't have to pay dealership price for repair. Truly amazing and my special thank-you goes to Jack for all of his help.

I have always been impressed with the service and staff at Right-Tech, but had been going to a dealership for a few years. After being disappointed more than once, I knew I could go back to Right-Tech to get the service I needed. I was in need of a tire repair and was able to have it done within a couple of hours of calling. I appreciated the flexibility of being able to get in for an oil change quickly as well, since the other place was unable to work with my schedule. Jack, Van and Justin are knowledgeable, helpful and great to have a conversation with. The espresso was a nice touch as well. I highly recommend giving them a call if you have any concerns about your vehicle.

THE AUDACITY OF THESE PEOPLE ! I brought my car to get fixed I told them the issue and then when I get back the car nothing was done ! They had the car for 3 days all they did was wipe the computer and say it’s fixed ! And they had the nerve to charge me 1000 dollars for an incomplete job ! I could have had my father do it for me , the only reason I went was because the car needed to be lifted on a hoist !!! I’m so mad I told them the issue and they did not listen and when I brought the car back to get it fixed as it should of been they are now charging me another 500 on top of that ! I do NOT RECOMMEND- save your time and MONEY !!!

Got my Prosche Macan serviced by these guys and I can't speak highly enough of them. They were professional, friendly, good value and accommodated me at relatively short notice. They explained everything that needed to be done. I've been telling all my friends to use them and I'll certainly return to them for all my future services. I went back to these guys yesterday (May 2022) after a warning light came on (reckoned it was because I hadn't tightened the fuel cap sufficiently and turned out to be the case). They saw me right away and diagnosed the problem and didn't charge me!! These guys are fantastic. I can't recommend enough.

I have a Volkswagen Jetta 2021, there was some problem with the drive shaft so i went to volkswagen because it was under guarantee but they were charging me for it after that i came to Right Tech and after doing the diagnosis they told me there is problem with DRIVESHAFT and should be covered under guarantee they called volkswagen on behalf on to check they cover the guarantee and not only this didn’t charger me anything, diagnosis is almost $180. Mr Jack understood my problem and said its unfair to charge you for this. Would recommend everyone to visit this location, they give genuine advise and are nice people.

Excellent service extremely friendly staff! This team at Right-Tech Auto service really know what they are talking about I really like the fact that they took me in right away without a appointment and had a place for me to stay until they were done with my oil change. I felt so comfortable, they have a very nice, clean welcoming facility. Before I even realized i was waiting, my vehicle was done along with a complimentary inspection! they showed me what is in my best interest to prevent a costly repair later. Complete rip off , went there for my alignment,was told needed 20 different things in order to do alignment , I already had work done from another shop , they didn't had the alignment machine , when I refused to get work done , was made to pay $60 for checking, what a joke , $60 for 5 minutes and telling me I needed parts more than worth of the vehicle Along with 4 new tires . Update an hour later I had my alignment done with no problem for $80 bucks from a different shop . Once again a reminder we need to shop around to save our hard earned dollars getting stolen by shops like Right tech

The guys at Right-Tech know their cars. i was in the shop a couple of weeks ago to have my Z4 serviced and get some new tires, get her ready for the spring. Jack was very helpful, took his time explaining the differences between a few components and the advantages of one over the other. Even saved me some cash on the tires. I've been going to these guys for a few years now and i can say without a doubt that the amazing service and the friendly conversations have not changed.Highly recommend Van and his crew for anything related to car maintenance and upgrades. Best Repair site in Mississauga, hands down! From the moment you walk into the door everyone is friendly, authentic and honest. Van and Jack were exceptional at fixing our Jeep Grand Cherokee, diagnosing the problem and making sure everything was fixed without any delay! Fantastic Service!!! I checked google for an authorized Land Rover dealer and Right-Tech came up for my area. I went there for work to be done on my Range. Van, as well as the entire team treated me awesomely! They did a full check of my vehicle as well as did the work thoroughly, efficiently and cleanly with no issues at all. I've found my new trusted auto shop, which is not easy to find for high end vehicles! By the way, they have the best espresso I've had in a long time!!! Maximum respect, gents!

My son in law took his car to get repaired at this establishment, they didn't listen to what he was explaining to them about the problem and what he was experiencing with his vehicle ! He ended up taking the car back again after they said they would fix it and insisted over and over to which we brought the car back for the same issue and they made him pay again on top of the 1k he paid the first time ! I'm so disgusted with how they treated him very unprofessional and terrible customer service !!!

Brought my Porsche Cayman in for service and Carmen and Jack were excellent frontline folks to deal with and help me diagnose and solve a problem I had with the car for many years. I had an issue with my Van as it was overheating. Showed it around but no one could fix it. I happened to call Jack and he was professional and courteous and asked me to bring the Van in. They checked the Van and gave me the exact break down of the services required. I was very happy with their Customer services and professionalism. They basically tell you what exactly is needed and do not overcharge. I am very satisfied with their service and they have a customer for life now.

I have 2006 Porsche cayenne. I took it to Oakville Porsche dealership for recall. It came back to me with many issues that I didn't have before. I brought my vehicle to these guys, and these guys kept it for a month. My car was fixed. It was corroded wires and my bill came up to $1517 CAD. Great service my car runs like mint with no issues. Mr jack call me the following day to confirm my car is not giving any issue. Very knowledgeable, 100 percent referral

I have to say this was the best experience I have ever had with a mechanic. I killed my Range Rover the electrical harness was all corroded and no one would touch it. I was shopping for another truck. These guys saved my truck. Treated me like gold. Really cared and I would travel across the city to come back here to Jack and Darren. U are in good hands here. I got in for a diagnosis immediately and then was able to schedule an appointment later in the week, when it fit my schedule. My brake lines burst. I needed a shop urgently to help me out and they happily obliged after being pushed aside by a couple of shops already, as they understood that the braking system is one of the most important systems in a car. They took me in and fixed it same day, as I do live near Barrie, that, I would not have any transportation to get home. Their customer service is excellent, easy to talk to people. I was pleased with the reviews I read about Right-Tech Auto on the internet. I took my Mercedes in for a 4-wheel alignment. An assessment was done and the alignment was corrected accordingly, validated with a before and after computer diagram. The service I received from Jack, Van and the knowledgeable mechanic who fixed my alignment was exceptional. Their price is fair, and I will continue to use their services going forward.

I came in because I had a flat tire. It was my first time there. I was instantly greeted with a smile. They were very professional and actually showed me what the issue was with my tire. They did an amazing job in sealing it. They went above and beyond and due to the professionalism and quality of my experience with them, I am going to continue to use them in the future regarding all my maintenance needs. After they were dome with my car ,it was an excellent job!! My car started perfect, turns and drives mint like a new car. Thats what you call professionalism!. My experience was fantastic. Justin was very helpful in getting my car to the shop and fixing it rather quickly on a Saturday. It was a bad day for me with what happened with my Audi, but Van and Justin kept me calm, helped explain everything before the car was worked on and fixed it all very quickly. My 2000 Porsche 911 Carrera 4 Cabriolet kept blowing fuses. I couldn’t find out why. There had to be a short somewhere. I called a local garage I usually bring my Honda to wouldn’t touch it because it’s a Porsche. Justin was able to solve and fix my problem in only 2 hours. The people that work here are absolutely phenomenal. I came here for a brake that was causing noise, and within 20 minutes the technicians were able to find the problem. This shop is fantasic! Our vehicle's brake system failed on our way from Niagara Falls to Alaska and they rescued our trip. We needed new brake lines and break system and they had us on the road in 24 hours. Found us a great tow truck operator. So helpful and knowledgable. I was nervous to take my 2009 Mercedes B200 in to a garage for service.
