Herschel Animal Clinic has been my vet for most of my time in Jacksonville. I've never had a problem with their front desk team, and their veterinarians have always been respectful of my dogs and time. They've always been courteous, knowledgeable, and forthcoming. I brought my puppy to them in April for a first visit. The clinic never notified me of my puppy's test results until I called them to follow-up. These results were not even accurate and there was no explanation for the confusion. About three months later my puppy broke his leg and I never was able to speak to the surgeon, only surgical techs who seemed knowledgeable about the procedure. Despite not receiving a post-op phone call or instructions from the surgeon, my puppy seems to be in better spirits. After inquiring about unexpected, fluctuating charges, the receptionists, Brittany and Emily, blind transferred me to the surgeon who was annoyed I inquired about what exactly needed to happen to my dog and to explain each charge. I had never spoken to the gentleman, but after a brief phone call I am uncomfortable to bring any of my dogs back to the clinic for further care. The surgeon was more interested in giving a bill rather than explaining a procedure performed two weeks ago and the current post-op treatment. I respected their COVID procedure of taking your animal into the clinic while you wait outside, but I am skeptical as to whether or not my animals are receiving proper care, if they are receiving care at all. The receptionist, Brittany, has always been quick to rush off the phone with vague answers and an annoyed tone- never providing accurate information. The staff seems confused and unorganized and the hospital manager, Emily, has been nothing but condescending and has not been able to provide answers for the operation or either misunderstanding. When my boyfriend called to check in on my puppy for his surgery recheck, prices seemed to change as they seemed to change each visit. To clarify- the price for a follow-up visit changed 3 times. Within the last 6 months, this this clinic has had more interest in swiping your credit card and running inside. I've had great experiences with Herschel Animal Clinic, but after today, I wouldn't trust either of my dogs to be euthanized at this clinic. I hope they are able to address their issues with the front desk staff and hopefully find new and organized management so the clinic can return to a great veterinary clinic for the community.

This place is so hit and miss. I have 2 dogs and I've been coming for 2 years. One issue I have is that I get a different vet every time, which is fine for checkups but an absolute cluster if your dog has a chronic issue like my older one. I went to a specialist for my older one, and that vet kept telling me how good my dog was and that he didnt need a muzzle. Well duh, hes an ex agility champ, hes super friendly. Apparenly River City was muzzling him and not telling me. She read he was agressive in their notes.The lack of communication to me makes it feel sketchy. Another time he had a mass removal, I took out the sutures that were accidentally left in after our final visit myself. They forgot 4!!! I have pictures. Now with my new puppy. He is a setter. We got the same vet a few visits in a row, and its been bad. She keeps calling him a spaniel and giving us breed specific advice. She keeps bringing up neutering despite our discussed and agreed upon plan of waiting until he is one year for optimal connective tissue formation. There is ample research backing this up, it is what is best for his health. This isnt ignorance, it is a researched decision. The vet was very passive aggressive about it. It was uncomfortable. That being said, if all you need is a checkup the vet techs are are very sweet, and I'm usually in and out in like 30min. Edit: now they refuse the medication I need for my dogs panic attacks. Instead of an acute medication to use as needed, they want him on a daily ssri that literally won't kick in for weeks and isn't for acute panic attack. Oh and it's 120$ !

Huge thanks to River City Animal Clinic, and Dr Huitt for saving my dog Jakes life! We had brought him to another Vet for years, until he got sick recently. He hadn’t eaten in days and could barely stand. I took him to our old vet several times and he said “he looks fine to me” and told me to try giving him chicken. For our otherwise energetic 4 y/o dog, one missed meal is very strange, never mind 4 days without food. He was getting increasingly weak and time was running out to figure out what was wrong. After giving up on our former Vet, we gave River City a call. Dr Huitt worked acted quickly to figure out what was going on with him and provide the treatments he needed. I really liked how he spent time researching to determine an especially tricky diagnosis. He also took time to show me Jakes labs and explain what could be causing it, and our next steps. The vet techs and the team of front desk staff also kept me well informed about cost, and most importantly how Jake was doing during his hospitalization. We are so happy to have Jake home, healing and looking better than he has in weeks. My dog consumed xylitol by accident Thursday night and was in the ER till Friday morning. The hospital didn’t have a doctor for Friday night so we had to transfer him out. We called every vet in town to be able to transfer his care and continue his Dextrose drip and no one had availability. Also, Every person we talked to was extremely rude in their response of being booked up. We called River City Vet and Tracy answered the phone. Wow, She was such a delight to speak too. It was so refreshing to speak to someone who actually cared about what was going on with our dog. She genuinely wanted to help us and got us in right away. We called her at 815am and we were at that facility by 915am. She greeted me like I was family and took my several phone calls throughout the day to check on him (which I know can be annoying when your juggling other patients & having to stop what you are doing to go and check). She never got frustrated with me and always gave me a full update. The whole process was way different than the ER visit at Blue Pearl that we had. Night and day with how the staff treated us. What we’re going through is very traumatic and River City really showed some compassion toward us. We can’t thank you all enough for navigating through this with us.

All the vet techs are exceptionally caring and nice. Unfortunately, the last two times I have visited were not for the best reasons - 1st time I there for my mom, as we had to say goodbye to our family dog-the best sister a girl could ask for! 2nd was a check up and to check a bump my dog had, we thought it was an insect bite, but was tumor. However, the vet techs were so incredibly caring and understanding, they had a comfortable blanket and room for us to say goodbye, let us stay as long as needed providing boxes of tissues and words of comfort. The second time, the vet techs was even more amazing - she provided ways to maintain and slow the growth of the tumor until we are able to pay for the surgery. She was so sweet to myself and Bailey. While it is more expensive, it is worth it to know there is team that cares and is truly concerned about the well being of my best friend. Thank you to the entire team, I hope my visits (after the surgery) wield better news! (I don’t blame the vet for things they can’t control, but I can “blame” them for the amazing service they offer). THANK YOU!

This place is literally 10 out of 10! I took my kitten here and they had a kitten special! I also took my one year old cat to get his rabies shot. My older cat is finicky and they took very good care of him and my younger cat. They were very kind to me and also had wonderful service! In this time of COVID 19 I didn't have to get out of my car and go in. They came outside and got my two cats and they also wore mask. If those who work there are reading this I want to say thank you greatly for your care and love towards my pets. To me they are my children and I was very happy with how well you all handle them. I highly recommend this place and I definitely am going back while I'm still here in Florida! Your pets will receive wonderful care! Also, I had a million questions for them and they patiently answered them all. They also have affordable prices. I called one place and they wanted to charge me $400 for shots and $700 for get a kitten fixed! When I found this place I was so happy I didn't have to pay an arm and a leg! So thank you for that as well!

We’ve found our new vet in Jacksonville! We just moved to Florida for the summer. Our primary vet is in Los Angeles so we did not have a vet set up here in Florida. Our Pomeranian got into something and needed to see a vet ASAP. I called at least 10 vets in Jacksonville to see if I could schedule an emergency appointment and Herschel was the only one who was able to fit us in. They saw our Pomeranian 15 minutes later and we felt so grateful our little Hercules was in such wonderful hands. They kept him for a few hours to monitor him and when they called us to come pick him up, he was back to his normal, loving, energetic self! The staff, the nurses and the amazing doctor are so incredible. They made sure to keep us updated on how Hercules was doing while he was in their care and we couldn’t of asked for a better vet to help him when he really needed it. Thank you Hershel for all you do! We feel blessed to have you all as our new Florida vet! 10/10 service with so much love! Thank you!!

To the vet who told me my dog was a lost cause, you were wrong. I am disappointed that you would ever say that about any dog, at any point. Plum had just come out of a kennel that she was in for 6 months. She didn’t know what was going on. She was scared of the real world. You did not even give her a chance. You immediately muzzled her and started grabbing her like she was an object rather than an animal. I hate that you ever had the honor of meeting my dog. In case you were wondering, she is thriving now. She has daily playdates with mom’s dog, she loves to cuddle with anyone who is sitting on a couch, she thinks that birds are pretty cool, and lizards are her kryptonite. She has also learned how to sit, lay down, come, and leave it. If you are reading this please never go to River City Animal Hospital on Herschel. The Vet (older man, can’t remember his name) only believes in pure bred puppies and discourages adopting from a shelter.

The veterinarian was very unkind. Mckee, Chloe didn’t even listen to my dog’s heart rhythm. I don’t know what kind of comprehensive exam was this. This was just a comprehensive charge. This place is all about money and numbers. I have refused to vaccinate my pet and just wanted her to have a good exam and labs. This young doctor told me not to bring her again. I’m sorry, but medicine is much more than just vaccines. As a medical practitioner, I found this behavior unacceptable and I won’t be bringing my pet anymore. The people that worked here before the new ownership used to be so caring. Now all they care is about the numbers:-( I will make sure my friends and family know this as well. I will find a holistic veterinarian that love and treat animals and pet owners as well. Word of mouth is the best advertisement. I review you in Google to let people know about this practice. River City Veterinary Hospital is my new Vet. After leaving another Vet I had been going to for seven years and my late Parents used for 38 years. No more. I had to bring my cat in because he wasn't feeling well. He is 16 years old. They did a Senior Fel Early Detection Profile that included blood work but the exam was done with me in the same room. Yes they took him to another room to do the blood work. Then we left for home and the next day I got a call from the Vet asking how my cat was doing. This was my first time getting a call the day after an exam. Then I got a call from the Doctor on the blood work that was done. No Diabetes, no other major problems. Just a better wet diet and things have calmed down A lot. I felt so much better being I and my cat was truly cared for by the whole team at River City Veterinary Hospital in Jax/Fl.

I had my first experience with Herschel animal clinic this week and I have been blown away by their quick, professional and accommodating responses. Scheduling was a breeze. After submitting a request online before business hours, I heard back from them when the doors opened and was fortunate to get my dog in that same day. In the midst of a pandemic I felt so at ease with my dogs care, even though it was our first visit. Dr. Sherman called me within 10 minutes of my dog being taken back, with an update and next steps. Robert and Angela were also key members in making me feel at ease and guiding me to answers to assist in the over all well being of my pet. Would highly recommend. A fantastic visit for myself and my dog.

Overpriced. Did take dog in close to appointment and gave dog shots and health care. Told me I didn't need prescriptions printed out for my pharmacy from Miami which I have used for years. They would give the prescriptions to pharmacy for me. Made me return and sign a waiver in person after I followed their instructions on line and had already emailed them. Copied form on line and printed and signed it and gave it to them which they refused to accept because it didn't look exactly like their form even though it was the same form. Person at desk was very snotty in person and over the phone. I will not be using their services in the future!

My first experience with this clinic was superb. The facility was clean, neat and welcoming. I don’t know the name of the vet tech who took care of us but she was awesome! She was confident, caring, loving, efficient and effective with taking care of us. Even better was that the vet was just as good. I own a Belgian Malinois and as a Malinois owner vet visits have sometimes been troublesome at best. This is only the second clinic I’ve been to where both myself and my dog have been more than comfortable and pleased with. It can be too difficult to find a good vet and vet clinic. Very glad to have found our new clinic. Highly recommend!!

Haven’t seen them yet but I’m so excited. I am a breeder and we are not treated equally by some vets. I called and the woman was super polite, answered all my questions and I have I high hopes for them to be my new family vet. Will see them early June and update Update Went to see them yesterday with my litter of six. Everyone one was really nice and welcoming. Didn’t give me any mouth about being a breeder. I was taken to the exam room at our appointment time, tech came in immediately and started the process. Doctor came in shortly and we were out the door. Very clean hospital. Will be taking all my dogs there from now on ❤️

Amazing amazing amazing! I love this place its absolutely phenomenal. I've been here hundreds of times in the last 15 years and it's never ever been even a slightly bad experience. I've never heard anyone say anything negative about this place. The staff is amazing and so is the service and prices are awesome. You can't go wrong with this place. They will provide the best care. My senior husky that I adopted last year wasnt doing too well and I took him in and it was revealed he needed a dietary change and vitamins and he's doing incredible now and acting like a puppy with my 3 year old husky!

Doctors and vet techs were amazing. My pup has had a bad experience with vets in the past and is very nervous and difficult when being examined. They handled him without any problem. The prices are reasonable and thankfully they are upgrading and modernizing the building. The front desk staff weren't particularly friendly, they never smiled and took their time doing things, but they weren't rude. The lady at checkout was much friendlier and more helpful. Parking isn't great and we had to wait quite a bit past the appointment time before we were seen, but overall it was a good experience.

I just want to thank Tracey and Dr McKee for helping me out in a jam. They squeezed me in ASAP after another vet left me in a lurch. I needed a health certificate after booking transport for my boy and would have lost out on a nonrefundable booking fee if they hadn’t helped me get the health cert in time. They went out of their way to help me and I wasn’t even an existing client. After being treated badly by the other place, I was so stressed out that I was crying. The kindness and compassion they showed me was amazing, especially after the horrible day I’d had. Thank you so much!

Very poor customer experience. No one ever answers the phone — the majority of the time it just rings and rings. When you are lucky enough to get their voicemail, they promise to call back within a day, but I’m still waiting. It is closed on weekends, 830-530 on weekdays — convenient for the employees, but not the customers. The facility is extremely old, the technology is all outdated, and the workplace seems unorganized at best. Nothing about my experience with this business gives me any confidence in the ability of the veterinarians taking care of my dog.

Very courteous, quick and professional. They really know what they're doing. I brought my cat in for a general checkup and to switch vets and they did all the blood work and vaccinations in less than 30 minutes. They're so skilled and quick with handling my cat that it seems like she hardly noticed the shots. They gave me a lot of advice and the right medications so she'll feel better and made sure any questions were answered. I'd highly recommend this vet. They know how to handle our critters efficiently and with care.

I highly recommended this hospital. I have a little pug and I almost lost her to an infection . I took her to a different Emergency hospital and they missed diagnosed they charged me way more then what they did for her. It was after hours and this hospital was closed . I took her in the morning and they treated her so well and solved the problem . They operated her and she spent the night and they charged me a very reasonable amount . The staff is awesome and caring . I would definitely recommend them !!!

From first appointment to the latest, the staff has been so welcoming and kind; not just towards our dog, but towards us as well. They always made sure we were in complete understanding and knowledge of what was happening and all of the if and’s or but’s. Truly cared so much about our animal and every single animal that came through the doors and every single person we saw interacted with everyone present. Such an amazing experience and would 10/10 recommend to everyone for any veterinary needs.

My baby has pneumonia. He was initially taken to the emergency vet on Saturday and followed up with River City (his regular Vetenarian) on Monday morning. He was still having difficulty breathing. The clinic took excellent care of him. He received fluids, something to stimulate his appetite and continued on the antibiotics given at the urgent vet clinic. River City Vetenarian Clinic called the next day to check on him and again today. They are awesome!! Thanks for looking after our baby!!

I started going here after covid so the vet techs come out to my car now to collect my info and then my kitten to bring inside. The vet always calls me to provide updates from inside to let me know how he’s doing, if he took his vaccines well, when the next visit is, etc. I enjoy my interactions with the staff here and they are very efficient in their process to get things done and accommodate my schedule for next visits. I would recommend this location to my friends that are pet owners.

Herschel was able to get our dogs in really fast compared to other vets. They did a pretty good job with wearing masks and social distancing when we were there although I would have preferred everybody to have had a mask on who worked there but it's Jacksonville so you can only expect so much. The vet was really nice when he called us on the phone because we had to wait in the car while they took our dogs in and he explained everything thoroughly. We will definitely be going back here.

Due to Covid-19 they've gotten a bit busier, but once you contact them directly appointments are immediately set and you're "in-and-out". The social distancing measures they take are PHENOMENAL(whether you into it or not)! They come to you to get your fur baby, and at the very end they deliver them to the car, and you make any payments right then and there! It had been almost a decade since I've utilized their services. To tell you the truth, the quality they provide is still amazing!

I walked in with my dog around 9a. The waiting room and check-in areas were clean and the staff very friendly. We waited but not too long. The doctor saw my dog after they asked me some questions. She was quickly diagnosed without having to do any unnecessary tests, gave us the meds, provided great information on reasons to return and sent us home. Everything was so very inexpensive and we received great service. I am grateful to have an affordable option so close.

I love this place so much! They actually take the time to care for my pets and every time we go for a visit they remember my sweet beagles names. It feels more personal with each interaction than just an office looking for more money like somes vet’s offices can be. The ladies up front are always lovely to talk to and the doctors truly care about the animals health. I love river city and recommend them to anyone looking for a safe, cost efficient, local business.

Excellent customer service. Kind and caring staff (every one of them ). And they will not try to spend your savings for you with tactics to make you feel guilty. I mean ..this is my BFF we are talking about…! Pluto’s Doc has never suggested I spend more than is reasonable - no sales pitches for a health insurance policy which would pay for the radiology imaging (that she & I both know would be nice to look at - but will not extend his life)

I can't say enough great things about mine, and my dog Lulu's experience it was hands down the best vet appointment we've ever had. The staff was amazingly patient, caring, and professional! Followed safety precautions, and calmed my nerves. Lulu has always acted very uneasy with new people - not this time! Costs are super competitive. I don't know many vets that walk outside with your pet and give the results of their exam!! Thank you.

I have been bringing my pets here for 17 years, since it was Herschel Animal Hospital. It's always been great, but is under new ownership/name, and I can say that the staff is amazing. They get to know you and your animals, and are very friendly. The doctors are calm mannered and direct and interact with your pets. The pricing is on par with comparable veterinary offices. I will continue to bring my animals here as long as I am in Jax.

This is a great place to take your fur babies. They have been in the community for years and they have always stayed reasonable with their prices. To me, that is one of the best ways to show you actually care. They treat your pets with kindness and care and they take care of pet parents the same way. They understand that sometimes when people must bring their fur babies to the vet, they need some reassurance and a kind face.

Very compassionate and reassuring. I took my kitty here and the veterinarian that saw him was very knowledgeable. My only regret was I did not go here first. He was very honest and looked me in the eyes when he spoke to me. I appreciate his honesty and not milking me for every penny he could. I really respect his integrity. I wish I could remember his name,I would highly recommend him. First. Class man.

I've been taking my dogs here for 13 years since it was Herschel Animal Clinic and I have never had a bad experience. They are kind and honest. The entire staff is wonderful. They genuinely care about me and my dogs. Which was especially apparent when we had to put our precious Gwen to sleep. They shared our grief and made us feel like family. I will never take our dogs anywhere else.

Called around to a few different vets and got no answer, they picked up right away and were able to get me in the next day for my dogs cytopoint injection! When we arrived everything went smoothly, we called and they had us in and out within 30 minutes, the workers were all super welcoming and sweet to my baby who has high anxiety at the vet. Will definitely be coming back here!

The staff here is exceptional. I have a difficult cat, and other vets in the area sedate her whenever I bring her in. Here they know how to handle her and rarely sedate her except for extensive procedures. They even called her “a very sweet cat” once (I did briefly wonder if they had seen the right cat). I never feel overcharged like at other places. I trust them with my pet.

Big thank you to Amanda! She was so sweet with John and us. She made us feel at home and answered all our questions. She gave us helpful advice for new puppy parents. Amanda then called the next day to follow up on John's reaction to his shots. Everyone at the vet clinic was super friendly. It is extremely clean and had a great smell which says a lot for an animal clinic.

As always River City Veterinary Hospital has preforms a exceptionally and superior manner. We're on our 2nd Golden Retriever The took care of our 1st Golden for 14 years. Never never, never an issue. Always outstanding service. Great Staff. If the city gives outstanding Veterinay Service Awards this Facility would win hands do!!! Thank you River City Veterinary Service.

After a disappointing visit with another vet for my cat with a UTI, i decided to go back to a vet k used 20 years ago. It’s not called Herschel anymore but it’s even better. Beautifully remodeled and the staff were very nice. My car got medication that actually cured his UTI. They even called the next day to check on him. River City will now be my go to animal hospital.

Service was not good and I was charged $1300 for 2 puppy shots, 1 cray. The pets are siblings but they charged separate office visits even though they came together. So in Less than 20 minutes they came out with such a horrendous bill. What was I to do but pay it. I have 2 franchise but that shouldn't matter. I'm Never going back!! Highway robbery.

We had an appointment and still waited for an extremely long time. Then we waited a long time again when we got put in the exam room. They told us it was $25 for first time puppy visit but then they charged $58 per puppy plus $35 for stool samples checked. This is not the same quick inexpensive vet clinic that it used to be. I am not going back.

I would highly recommend RCV . Our dog is approaching 16 years old and much of that longevity is due to the care she has received from RCV. When I had lost hope they correctly diagnosed the problem and with medication and suggestions we were able to enjoy our dog with improved quality of life for a bit more time. The staff is exceptional.

My Baby boy Jaxson( mini Poodle) had to have surgery and the staff and Vet were amazing. I received a call from the vet explaining how the surgery went etc, I was extremely impressed with the promptness and the love the showed while taking care of my baby. Excellent service and I highly recommend Herschel for your animal! Thanks again...

I love Herschel and have been coming here since I was a small child with my parents and grandparents. The staff is awesome and the newly renovated building makes the experience so much better. I recently had to make a tough decision about letting my sweet girl go and the doctors were so kind and helped me decide what was best for her.

River city vet is the best!! They take such good care of my puppy. They are always able to fit me in for last minute appointments. Dr. McKee is so great and so informative. All the techs are amazing and treat my puppy so well (even though my puppy is crazy hyper lol). Super friendly team! I wouldn’t take my puppy anywhere else!

I just naturally trust this place with my gut instincts. They have never let me down so far with our New Husky pup. They are quick to answer and help you when you’re in need. They get our pup in and out quick! Explains everything very well and has overall amazing customer service! I will be bringing all my pets here for life!!

I would like to say thank you so much to the amazing loving caring staff. They helped my lagertha and I so much. Now all thanks to thier efforts and care we are beating parvo and seeing a complete turnaround. We can not wait to come back for our next appointment. Safe to say we found our forever vet. My cat, Chomp, is a patient here. We have had to bring her in for visits and the staff is always incredibly courteous and the love for their job really shows! Special recognition goes to Michelle who is always great at answering my questions and letting me know when my cats meds are ready for pick up. 10/10 would recommend.

Everyone is so caring, helpful and professional. My babies always get the care they need. I am heard and My concerns are addressed. I have a kitty with recurring UTI issues but with their treatments it is under control and I have a kitty with seizures. I 100% trust them with my fur babies and would highly recommend.

All of the staff is super friendly. Remember myself and my fur babies by name and I have 3! Everyone is so informative and helpful. Always the best price in town. They do not try to oversell. I have been going to this vet since they were Herschel animal clinic. I will never go to another vet! Customers for life!

Dr. McKee has always gone above and beyond to answer my questions with time and care, sometimes multiple phone calls, and a follow-up email to review and ensure I didn't miss anything. Cannot recommend enough!

This veterinarian hospital is really good, they always give estimates so I always know how much procedures are going to cost and that's really necessary right now with everything being so expensive! The staff is great! One of my dogs are a little challenging but they are so understanding and good with her.

I've trusted this office to help guide me and keep my cat healthy for the past year. The staff has always treated her so kindly and appointments are easy to schedule. Josh Huitt is so good with animals. He lives his passion and you can see this. I'm grateful to have such a wonderful team and so is my pet!

Wonderful place! All of the staff members are super friendly, are always so excited to see my babies, and take such good care of them! This place is amazing. They take great care of all 3 of my pups. Resonable prices. The staff is amazingly professional and friendly. I drive all the way from the beach to use this vet if that tells you anything. They actually care and aren't just about the money. Its refreshing in this day and age.

My dog has been coming here for years. We are very satisfied with the care our dog receives. The staff members are friendly but it's gets super busy. Walk ins are welcome just be patience because the wait can be a little longer than normal. The facility is clean and the service is very affordable

Same day prescription refill , Friendly knowledgeable staff, and location is convenient. I have been taking my fur kid here for 9 years . She was very sick a year ago snd I was very concerned. I brought her in as a same day emergency and the staff took great care of her . Thanks for everything !

Took our golden retriever there for a removal of a little growth and teeth cleaning and everything went very well (except for a funky haircut haha). While he can be skittish in new places, he didn't seem stressed when I picked him up. The staff were very friendly. Very pleased with our visit.

They were able to squeeze my dog in for a quick walk in. She had bad allergies but they got her all fixed up. The cost was low except for the 8 medications she needed. They have come a long way from the line outside the door. Appointments are preferred but they still accommodate walk ins.

The young lady who checked us in, and doggedly searched for records that were suppose to be emailed, was very polite and professional. The tech (Tattoo of a hand drawing on her right arm.) who brought us into the room and updated records was very personable, patient and professional.

Both my vet tech and doctor were amazing. One of my kitties is a little gust and they were champs with her! They explained everything in details I understood and made great recommendations for two healthy and happy kitties! They even helped me find the place when my GPS went down!

Staff is always so polite. They never try to tell me to do anything that isn't ACTUALLY needed. Makes me feel very good to know I can trust these people with my pups. I drive 30 minutes past multiple vet offices much closer to me, just to go to River City Veterinary Hospital.

I have been taking my pets to Herschel for 15 years now. They are wonderful, the whole staff is always very friendly, and while my 2 dogs may dislike the journey the there and back. They do warm up to the staff quickly, because of the warmth and welcoming assistants and Drs.
