I had the pleasure of meeting Tony and Loretta. I can truthfully say they are great people to work with. The service they provide to their customers is unmatched. They treat everyone who walks in their office like family. They are truly caring people. They offer special services to single mothers and that in itself speaks volumes for their values and the amount of care they have for customers. They are always looking for more customers to help and I personally believe, if you want quality assistant with your tax, accounting, financial needs, and someone who will explain everything thoroughly and understandable they are the people you want!

They were very help ful to me and polite i had only one problem they said my taxs would be back in 11 days and they were not so i went in to see why i had not receive my taxs yet they saids that the i r s computer was just reading my tax so they resurment it that they should be back in 11. More days. If i dont recive it by 11 day next years ill take my business some were else. If its there like they say thin ill give them another chance.

FYI This past year I did my taxas with Anthony and he was one of the most Routers person I ever had Not profesional at all, and I gave him a copy of my checking account to my return will be deposited direct, bud he enter his company accounts. The whole experience was really really bad, I do not recommend him ever and I will never gave him any business ever again. I will gave him a - * Thank you and plc lat him know.

Mr. Tony Hancock is an amazing accountant. He is very knowledgeable and skilled in his field. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs an accountant. He was patient and helpful throughout our meeting. He made sure I understood everything about I needed to know about my taxes. I walked out of our meeting extremely pleased and happy!

Doing your taxes with River East is easy and simple. Much preferred over TurboTax. If you have a tax situation marginally more complex than “normal” I can’t recommend them enough. Specifically if you’re making tipped wages, going to River East is a non-negotiable.
