First impressions: Decently clean facility and experience (1), large 80#, 60#, 40#, smaller washers (1); random dryer length per quarter (0); management and staff fail in addressing broken machines (0). Decent place, staffed poorly! I placed our laundry in the 80# washers, and it wasn't until I started to feed the "laundry monster" I noticed the red tape over the coin slot. Now the interesting thing is that the attendant passed by me six or eight times as I was loading the machines (including the broken one), each time asking if I needed help. Finally I called her over and asked if the machine worked. She replied, "no, don't you see the tape." I replied that "no, i didn't see the tape, that's why it's full of dirty clothes. :)" That's when I asked for her help by putting a sign on the broken units. She declined. Immediately after I removed our clothes from the broken 80# washer, TWO OTHER CUSTOMERS PUT THEIR CLOTHES IN THE SAME BROKEN MACHINE, THE MACHINE THAT THE ATTENDANT REFUSED TO PUT A SIGN ON. It was only after that interaction that I saw the attached signage placing all responsibility on the user, SMH.

5 stars ..... I love this laundromat as it's inside with áir conditioning and clean restroom available... Hot and cold water... security camaras are always on for safety. At This place there is always someone working, cleaning and taken care of our needs. Play coin machines and sodas, chips, candies for your kids.. and laundry soap, clorox, dryer sheets, and laundry bags for clothing. There is also a small convenience store right next door if you wanna munch out or drinks while you wait for your laundry to be ready... Machine are not that expensive but very good for all that is offered..

Facility is well lit, clean and all of the machines work. Prices are reasonable and the Big Bertha machine can hold an entire human (presumably, i havent tried it yet). Side note, the gold dollar coins only work on the big washers, not the dryers. There's a sign next to the change machine but I didn't realize what it meant until I had too many gold coins.

El día mayo 14 una de las máquinas no centrifugo mi ropa le echamos la misma cantidad de soap la empleada alegó que usamos mucho y por eso no se lavó mi ropa tuve que pagar otra lavadora en la que si se lavo mi ropa por ende es la máquina que no está buena. Espero no tener que volver jamás a este lugar! La empleada no hizo nada para solucionar.

Mid size "heavy duty" washer is $7.25 and it never drained/rinsed once. The final rinse was just as soapy as the wash cycle. Rip OFF. The washing machines are dirty too. Not impressed by this laundromat, especially since it had the highest reviews in the area. Dryers are decently priced (6 minutes for a quarter)

I love this laundromat. Has a bathroom , the dryers get nice and hot , they have a variety of sizes for the washers as well as good pricing.. TVs make good background noise (News) and are a good distraction while you wait.. overall this is my favorite one in the area when I need a 24 Hour Laundromat.

Place is great, always have at least a couple washer and dryer open for use, has soap and necessities available for purchase if you need them. Only complaint is accessibility from busy MLK Blvd. If you're here and get hungry, the convenience store next door has good cheap food that is fresh.

This is a very clean facility with all sizes of machines. The staff are very helpful.They have an ATM. You can also purchase dollar coins for the machines instead of all quarters. Video games for the kids. Laundry detergent and snack vending machines.

Always open, reasonably clean, sort of pricey, there are plenty of baskets and tables to fold clothes on. The wash-dry-fold service is great if you are in a time crunch and have the $. The dryers are hot and fast. The owner isn't around

$3 75 for the 23 min on the medium size washer. Very clean. Nice staff. I'd enjoy the visit for if the 5 Fox news anchors weren't screaming from the TV like those car salesmen ads. Not sure who's in the building was hard of hearing.

Clean place. There were installing some new giant machines (maybe to wash your kids?) while I was there. There use PayRange(also coins) and with it, you can see how much time is left on your machines.

Been coming here for almost a year now and it’s the best laundromat I’ve been to hands down. On top of that the lady at the desk is very sweet. I love it here it’s always quick in and out

Their wash dry and fold came in handy and it’s priced great at a dollar a pound but there’s a $15 minimum. I ended up spending 15 for 5 pounds and still thought it was a bargain.

It was nice and clean and was in and out good dryers and big washers 9$ but i fit alot in it. Nobody working there as i could see they are looking to hire for that position.

As long as you can ignore the political brainwashing that they have on the TV’s, it’s not a bad place. CNN/BayNews9 on one TV and FoxNews on the other. Always.

Needed to find a laundromat to wash clothes for someone at TGH. Not familiar with the area. This one is not far, clean, and has on-site service.

We went to 3 other laundromat's before coming to here. Very clean, great area, no homeless harassing you while you do your clothes.

The service attendant is always pleasant and she keeps the place clean. The washers are okay and the dryers get really hot.
