I previously had a good experience to book tickets with Riya so I went after 5 years to book tickets for my parents. They want to travel to Canada. We could see the fares at Rs 110K with two bags on google with multiple options, the employee Mr. Maulik Shah is showing me just one option for 160K with a single baggage, for a multiple range of dates to choose from. When I showed him the difference he said that he is not supposed to book from google but from his database. Didnot bother looking into or understanding the differences in fares at all. He eventually told me to self book from google if I am getting such a deal ! Really disappointing and carefree behaviour from an employee !

Very unprofessional staff and extremely lethargic people. I availed their service in the past extremely BAD experience. When I went to VSF I have to re do all things by myself including all documentation. Riya didn’t know the latest version of the forms neither the process. I have wasted all my money on them. I availed their service for senior citizen to do all in one go but they is run to their office for 100times for each small things in spite of that I gave them all thing prepared as a set. NO No No No BAD BAD BAD BAD BAD

Not reliable service. I got Saudi visa (3 months validity) for my visitor but travel insurance is only for 1 month. Now, visitor is planning to travel within 3 months of visa validity (but after 1 month of visa stamping i.e. travel insurance is already expired). Is visitor allowed to enter with expired travel insurance (with valid visa)? I have contacted them to get this clarity but no response. Very poor customer service, highly not recommended.

The advisor Pushpak could not communicate well; I had to remind him a few times just to get responses to emails, messages, etc. Despite disclosing the matter to the manager, Maulikbhai, he took no initiative in resolving the case. We would not be happy being associated with Riya Travels moving forward.

Worst experience with riya the travel expert. Especially with Maulik shah he had ignored my phone calls and didn't answer when it was too important. He didn't answer my even one call in couple of days thenafter I have to to another agent and booked the tickets. If he would have answered at that time my money would have been saved Eventually I got my deal with other agency.I never recommend to riya the travel expert especially to Maulik shah.

I recently applied for Singapore visas for myself and my parents through Riya travels, Ahmedabad. They were extremely courteous, responsive and thorough with the application submission and verification process. They followed up by call and email on each day after I had decided to start the application process, and were very transparent with the process and status of the application. I would definitely recommend them for visa purposes.

worst experience they dont have time to revert query for 10 days..they just say even we are waiting for revert from HO..what we do if we dont get revert fro HO...requesting all travel agents do not work with RIYA...i was waiting for revert from them & my client booked package form another agent,better to have another B2B supplier before your client rush to another agents.
