سابقہ نقطہ نظر بھی نیچے محفوظ ہے اسلام آباد ، لاہور و ملتان ٹرمینل دوسری بسوں کی طرح یہ بس بھی آہستہ آہستہ اُسی ڈگر پر چلنا شروع کر رہی ہے۔۔۔ کرایوں کا بڑھنا! آئے روز پٹرول و ڈیزل کی قیمتوں میں اضافے کی وجہ سے ہے یہ تو سمجھ میں آتا ہے لیکن سہولیات کم کرتے جانے، جیسے کہ گاڑی میں موجود تمام افراد کو پہلے باکس دیا جاتا تھا جو کہ اب سب کو نہیں دیا جاتا۔۔۔ اسلام آباد میں ان کی سروس جب سے شروع ہوئی ہے میں تقریبا استعمال کر رہا ہوں، لیکن اب ان کی بے جا اور فضول پالیسوں کی وجہ سے مجھے بس تبدیل کرنی پڑے گی۔ *سب سے بڑا مسئلہ یہ ہے کہ پہلے ان کی پارکنگ مفت تھی جبکہ اب انھوں نے اپنی طرف سے الٹے سیدھے اور عجیب و غریب قوانین بنائے ہوئے ہیں کہ پہلے ایک دن پارکنگ کی فیس 60 روپے اور اس کے بعد ایک دن، دو دن، یا مزید کچھ اور وقت کھڑی کرنی ہے تو فی گھنٹہ 20 روپے۔۔۔ یہ کس طرح کا بے تکہ سا قانون ہے،* اسی طرح اگر ان کے ٹرمینل کی بات کی جائے تو صرف لاہور ٹرمینل کو ذرا جدید اور صاف ستھرا بنایا ہوا ہے باقی اسلام آباد اور ملتان کی ٹرمینل کو بس ایسے ہی گزارہ کیا ہوا ہے۔ اگر مساجد کی بات کی جائے تو انھوں نے مساجد کی طرف بھی کوئی خاص توجہ نہیں دی ہی ہے بلکہ اسلام آباد کی مسجد اور اس سے منسلک واش رومز و وضو خانہ کا تو کوئی پرسان حال ہی نہیں ،،، بارش میں اوپر نے نیچے ہر طرف سے پانی آرہا ہوتا ہے، جبکہ ملتان والی مسجد 2 *2 کی لگتی ہے بس ایک وقت میں 2 سے 3 آدمی بمشکل نماز پڑھ سکتے ہیں۔ باقی رہی لاہور والی مسجد تو وہ بھی باقاعدہ کوئی مسجد نہیں ہے بلکہ ایک کمرے کو مسجد بنا دیا گیا ہے۔ گزارش ہے کہ اپنی سروسز کو۔ مزید بہتر کریں اور بے جا اور فضول قوانین بنانے اور عوام پر لگانے سے گریز کریں۔ *سابقہ نقطہء نظر* نئی سروس شروع کی ہے۔۔۔ اچھی سروس ، صاف ستھرا ماحول، مزید بہتری کے لیے کوشاں ہیں، آپ لوگ بھی ان کی کوشش میں ساتھ دیں اور ان کی حوصلہ افزائی کریں.

Terminal is well maintained. Sitting arrangements, tuc shop, mosque, kids play area, massage machines, international ticketing counter and LCD displaying bus times and arrivals just like aeroplane. Mobile charging ports are available near seating. Coin input drinks purchase machine is also installed here. They have King Long Buses with around 49 seats but they are limited so we can't get tickets all the time. Sometimes they skip bus times mentioned in the list when there are not enough passengers on board which is very unpredictable and annoying. Needs a lot of improvement but it have potential to compete.

Third class buses along route Multan Rawalpindi; Poorly maintained & no mechanical services along the route.. family travelled along this route .. earlier I had a very good experience along Lahore Rawalpindi route.. but this situation has forced me post this review..on top of that no refunds!! Roadmaster please check maintenance of your buses along this route... I am posting reviews against this bus service at Multan on available forums, so that travellers don't have to face such issues!!

The only best bus service in Pakistan. I've almost travelled all the famous busses. But this one is best . Let me tell you why this is best, 01. Neat and clean, not any other bus looks cleaner than road master 02. Comfortable seats 03. No suffocation, when you will enter the bus, there is sweet smell that remains same in your whole trip 04. Their staff is really good, they respect their customers and serve their best. 05. Waiting area also amazing 06. Overall the bus is very comfortable to travel. Try once, you will never forget their experience.

I had a highly unsatisfactory experience with Road Master Bus Service as they canceled my ticket not once but twice in just 60 hours, citing bus drop-off and operational issues. This caused me to miss out on important tasks and disrupted my plans. I strongly urge them to improve their service reliability and display accurate bus timings for available departures. Booking tickets just hours before departure should not result in such inconvenience, and I hope they address these issues promptly to provide a better travel experience for their customers.

A well managed neat and clean bus terminal in Multan. Staff is supportive and friendly. No hustle and bustles. There is a small tuc shop and prayer area inside the terminal. They are a bit expensive then other bus services but still recommended. Terminal location is on ideal point on khanewal Road a bit away from city rushy areas to travel comfortably. I use to travel from Multan to Islamabad the notable thing is there service to park Car at twrminal on bearable charges on 24 hour basis, it helps alot to manage your trip easily.

Best bus service. Buses are luxurious and the seats are comfortable. Staff is also cooperative. I travelled many times from Multan to Lahore. Neat and clean buses. Comfortable seats. The staff is good, they respect their customers and serve their best. Waiting area of the bus terminal is also amazing. Especially Lahore terminal. Every facility is available there. Overall the bus is very comfortable to travel. Online booking is also available through Bookme application.

I travelled from multan to Islamabad It was very good the refreshments were not very nice But the customer care was best The rates were a bit higher than mentioned qwhen I ask for first time I don't why it was raised. But still the rates flexibility according to seating is a very new thing I have seen maybe other bus services are offering but this was my first experience. Headphones availablea proper screens clean seats.

Top class service. Very clean environment. I'm very impressed by there one thing that they maintain that is that Road Master promote the quality not the Quantity. I have Traveled with other bus services like Dawoo, Faisal Mover, Rajput Travel, Silkline Ali Express. But personally I like and refer you to must travel once with Road Master. I'm % sure that you will impress there way of handling passenger.

Terminal is neat and clean, bus is also very good, but collection of movies is short. LED tab lags a lot, sometimes freezes so u have to restart it with home button and give it some time to get back to normal. P.S. They are promoting their business so you can avail big discounts trough jazzcash, bookme, daraz app n their own road master app. PS: they are giving sandwitch, cake and a small stuffed bun.

Its a premium class bus service in multan city near chok khumara wala. Their bus standards are very good neat and clean buses and very cooperative staff. But unfortunately they have less passengers to serve instead of their premium class service. I recommend all of you thats you must try al least once their prices are very resealable. Highly recommend for all who wanna travel to motorway routes.

They have very good service But when it comes to get cashback i mean if bus got cancelled or something other happened they will give you your money back after too much time in case they gave my money back after 6 months Just because i wrote some bad reviews otherwise they were not in intention to give my money back so be careful with cancellation

A well maintained bus station it's clean and comfortable.Toilets are clean and they have nice prayer areas for men and ladies. The staff is courteous. The buses are new and we'll maintained. On board wifi is available. Highly recommended for onward journey to Lahore or Islamabad.

Be careful at Multan terminal as they have very aggressive staff. Behaviour of supervisor at Multan terminal is too much insulting for passengers. Seeing him insulting some lady over luggage was horrible. You can charge for extra luggage or at least use the polite language.

The bus is comfortable but the interior of the bus is very low. The LCDs are not working, the LCDs have no Bluetooth. The staff is not cooperating. One of the seats is not good. This is not a good sign. The overall experience is normal.please update your bus and equipment

Road master buses are very luxury and comfortable. My first experience with road Master was well. I was going Multan to Lahore. 6 no. seat was mine. first of all , we was served Cold mineral water. After this we was served cold drink . My journey was 3 hours 45 minutes.

Road Master is one of best transport company in Pakistan. Price of tickets are far less then others. They also deliver your Mango box and other things at reasonable price with full safety. Good parking available.

Initially, thought a good service but after that as usual they showed their poor glimpses and same late buses routine and non sense behavior of the staff. Hard to say that but it's reality .
