I have always gotten a friendly 'hello' as I walk in, but perhaps even more importantly, they have always done their best to make my shopping experience one with which I am happy. They have a wide variety of products & on the rare occasion they don't have what I need they've always gone above & beyond in getting what I do need within a day or two. Prices are fair & I always leave feeling like I matter to them & to their business. There are too few neighborhood or small business these days & even fewer that seem to genuinely care whether the customers leave happy. There are even less that know what customer service means but Rob's Smoke Shop is an exception to what has become common practice. They aren't "in it strictly to turn a profit". The way of doing business that I have experienced @ Rob's is the way business should be done, people over profit & quality over quantity. I recommend Rob's for all your smoking or vaping needs.

I dont know what shop some of you guys went to, but that isnt robs smoke shop on cave creek. They have a very nice selection of all different shapes sizes and colors of glass pieces. Im in there a couple times a month and ive never seen glue on anything. Since it is a smoke shop sometimes you get faulty product such as a leaking atomizer or tank, ive been going to robs for a couple years and i have had this problem once in a blue moon, go back the same day and explain nicely the issue and they are more then happy to refund or give you a new one, they even let you try it out in the store. Be friendly to people and you will be surprised how they treat you, rob cuts me deals all the time and i see him doing that for other people as well. Great shop, great people.

TERRIBLE SMOKE SHOP! I don't need to be stroked, but don't treat me like I'm a peasant and should be lucky to be your presents inside of your smoke shop. The employees are nasty, the owner is nasty, the pieces are broken and glued together so as soon as you get home it falls apart. I went back to for a refund or to at least exchange it out, YOU COULD SEE THE GLUE! I was refused, and treated like a piece of garbage. I should have gone with my gut and left when they behaved in the uncivilized towards me in the first place, worst mistake ever, don't throw your money in the trash go to a different shop, there's one on every block in AZ.

This is the best smoke shop in the valley. When I decided to quit smoking and go to vape I wasn't quite sure how to go about it. First David set me up. He's great. Then I had dealings with Christian, and Kiara. They are equally as awesome. They are extremely knowledgeable. Also, I found the same products I buy from them are more expensive at other shops. Great service and great prices. What more Can a person ask for? You'll get both right here. By the way it is no longer Robs smoke shop. It is Smoke 4 Less

I love Rob's smoke shop. They're the best. Here's the deal people, if you want to get a great deal on a water-pipe, this is THE place. Rob has an awesome selection and you don't pay too much. Customer service, cutomer service, c'mon man...it's a smoke shop. You need to be stroked at the smoke shop!? Give me a break. Best Price, Best Selection. Here's the deal with Rob, he's that 'international man of mystery' type. He's not a bad guy, dude is just trying to close a deal. Rob is alright.

We moved back to this side of town and believe me this is by far the most professional smoke shop in Phoenix. They always welcome you in as if you were a regular there. The shop has a wide variety of merchandise, whether you're looking for some smokes, chew, glassware, beer, the list goes on and on. All the little things available make this a one stop shop as far as I'm concerned and makes it convenient to get what you need and get back to living your best life.

Overpriced and they randomly put new rules in order. I went in to buy an atomizer the other day, and it was 4.32. Randy said I needed to buy something else to make it five dollars. They've never done this before. They also seem to not be able to navigate they're own store as they have you on your hands and knees (literally) looking for a flavor of disposable ecig. Their items also are constantly breaking and not working. Do not recommend at all.

If you're going to go to this shop make sure to use only cash because their wifi sucks and when they swiped my card the transaction went thru but they lost signal and I entered my pin...charged my account but since their machine didn't print a receipt it wasn't paid for and I left with $15 less in my account and walked away with nothing but anger. Even showed them my bank statement and the manager said it didn't go thru. Stupid ass.

Before, I would’ve said Rob’s was one of my favorite smoke shops. I’ve bought the majority of my glass from them. However, today I walked in there to buy some wraps with my girlfriend and they accused me of stealing from them when I was literally just browsing their selection of wrap flavors. If that’s how they’re going to treat their longtime customers, they don’t deserve to be in business.

I went to return a item I had bought because it was faulty from day one. He had told me I had three days to return it if it malfunctioned And when I went in to do so not only did he refused to swap it out he harassed me and called me a liar to my face. I would not trust this place with anything plus their prices are double of most smoke shops arround the valley.

Rob's is by far the best smoke shop in Phoenix. Not only do they have GREAT customer service, the employees are very knowledgeable of all of there products. Worst of the worst. Rob comes on as a friendly guy.. but takes advantage of his customers by overcharging for his supposed $1.99 a pack of cigarettes. I suggest buying the whole bag of tobacco with rolling papers, and you will find that you can make 2 full cartons for roughly a dollar a pack. So dont be scammed people.

Not only did the employee not know what they were doing or what they were talking about he sold me the wrong thing and knowing it wasn't what I wanted and or what I was looking for. I will NEVER return to this establishment nor will I EVER recommend ANYONE to ever go there. I'd give them no stars if I could.

Good store to get all your smoking/vaping/stoner supplies they have alot of things to choose from, not a whole bunch but if you need something quick and easy that's decent quality then this is a good choice for people to go. Never really had any issues and have had good service when iv been there. 4 STARS!!!

Love them I have known them for a while and they always have great prices, deals, section and customer service! Plus not to long ago they expanded and you can buy beer and wine there! We don't smoke, but he has a decent beer selection. It's close to home, too, so when in a pinch, you can find craft beer here. Not a bottle shop, but still a solid selection of local goodies. Cheers!

The biggest selection of product. The cleanest smoke shop I've ever walking into. Robs customers service is excellent, when he talks to you it feels like he's known you for years.

Quick stop, easy to get to, and convenient. The prices are comparable to others around town including the reservation shops, but Rob's doesn't look like the park-n-swap.

Cool smoke shop, lots of items and they have just about ever beer made for sale. And if he is there, Rob is a really cool guy and he remembers you if you come in.
