I have used them in the past and they were great. But this most recent time with the passing of my grandmother, they were so difficult and not Mr. Robinson but one of the ladies were rude and not willing to work with us or answer our questions. And also. Its has taken them 3 weeks so far to produce death certificates which means we cannot pay for the funeral, cannot obtain life insurance, pay out for various things, or move forward at all. I'm very disappointed especially since they have been so good in the past but now they seem to have forgotten that they offer funeral services for people in grief not free ice cream on Tuesday...

I recently utilized Robinson Funeral Home for cremation services for a family member. I had a awesome experience working with the staff during this difficult time for me and my family. Precious worked patiently and diligently with us through the entire process. She kept me updated on various aspect via email, text and phone calls. She helped me with the urn selection and ensured we got in time for our ceremony. I can't say enough good things about Robinson Funeral Home. I recommend them highly and they are extremely understanding and have great prices. Thanks for everything!
