I've know Rocks jewellers for over 40 years, however, for the majority of that time I've never had a necessity to own anything of the calibre of their jewellery offerings. That was until 2021 when I finally decided to propose to my (thankfully now) wife! The decision to choose Michael and the Rock family to design and create the most important piece of precious metal I will ever buy was simple in the end. From the moment I engaged with Ruth to discuss the choices and timeline I instantly knew I was in good hands. Ruth's attention to personal details and relaxed approach to promoting their gemstones makes you feel very much at ease making big decisions. Once Michael got involved and began to discuss the options for crafting the ring and setting the stone, the ideas of how the ring would eventually look were even more clear. Michael is a very talented goldsmith but equally as talented in his ability to describe his work which makes visualising much easier. The end result was absolutely stunning. My wife mentions how beautiful her wedding ring is all the time and absolutely adores her engagement ring. If you're thinking of going down the same road as me, definitely choose Rock's. You won't be disappointed.

We went here as a male same-sex couple looking for a simple promise ring for our engagement and had a genuinely upsetting customer service experience. My partner specifically wanted to go here as his family has always had a good experience with their Stillorgan branch. We got the attention of a staff member and told them we wanted a simple promise ring and were immediately told they wouldn't have what we wanted. They made no attempt to show us their stock, no attempt to discuss what we wanted, no attempt to refer us on to a shop that might better suit our needs. They told us they wouldn't even have our ring size despite us never telling them what it even was. The overwhelming impression we got through the exchange was that they just wanted us out of the place. We'd just come from McDowells on O'Connell St and they'd been enthusiastic, friendly and very helpful, by contrast this was so deflating we just gave up on looking in other shops and went home. One to avoid if you're Gay men.

We had the best experience ever in rocks on Grafton street. My fiancé proposed to me over a year and a half ago with a mock ring, so I have been on the hunt for a long time. I have been to nearly every jewellers in Dublin and some outside Dublin, but the whole experience with rocks from start to finish was 5 star. All of the staff are so friendly and attentive, but a special thanks to Michael for helping me find THE ONE. He went above and beyond bringing loose diamonds and different styles and even offered up different ideas to add diamonds to bands or change the rings to the exact version I was looking for. He had so much patience over the 3 times we visited. We were offered refreshments and bubbles and made feel all the excitement that goes with it. We can't thank you enough. We will be back for our wedding bands and any other jewelry in the future. Also Carol was another amazing lady helping us throughout the experience. I can't recommend this jewellers enough.

Little update. Popped in to store today to pick out a gift and had a fabulous experience as always. Nicola and Michael are absolutely brilliant at what they do. Myself and my fiancé had the most wonderful experience in Rocks. Eimear is such a lovely, warm, welcoming and professional person. She put us under no pressure to buy and ensured that I got the engagement ring that I wanted. I told her my fiancé's budget prior to our appointment and asked that we didn't see rings over it, and she promised she wouldn't show any out of our price range, and she kept her promise. She was so patient with us and let us take our time in deciding. The ring was resized for me and I picked it up the next day. Discounts are offered on your wedding ring for Rocks after buying an engagement one, aswell as discounts for bridal party gifts etc. We also came home with a free sparkle kit for the diamond and a cleaning kit for the ring. Brilliant! The team in Rocks Jewellers we're fantastic especially Jean who assisted me as I had no experience in relation to jewellery. Jean informed me on the type of diamonds they have and the style of rings suitable for engagements. I was extremely happy with how the whole process went and Jean couldn't have been any more supportive throughout it all, from buying the ring to after the proposal and then getting the ring fitted correctly. My fiance and I were dealing with Eimear, who provided us with a wonderful experience. We were casually browsing for an engagement ring over Christmas and Eimear was extremely helpful, without being pushy, and we really appreciated that. With her expert help and knowledge, we picked out a ring that we love. When Eimear heard that we were leaving Dublin the following day, she had the ring resized that evening and had it ready for us the following morning. Bought our engagement and wedding rings from Rocks on Grafton street. On both occasions we had the pleasure of dealing with Jackie. From the first time in the store we were put at ease and buying the engagement rings Jackie put no pressure on us and if anything did the complete opposite. Had a fantastic experience in Rocks creating an engagement ring. I went in without any real idea of what engagement ring I wanted to get for my, now, fiancé. The team took the time to go through all of the possible options in a very comfortable and relaxed environment in the Grafton Street store. Nicola guided me toward the perfect style and then Michael helped put the finishing touches on the design. The finished product turned out better than I could have imagined! Eimear could not have been more helpful, friendly or knowledgeable when helping us to pick out the perfect engagement ring. We had a look in a few different places and chose Rocks because of their welcoming and genuine nature, and a lot of other places felt quite scripted and like we were just another customer. Eimear went through everything in detail with us and we are delighted with our ring! I had to go back to get a slight adjustment as I had a horseshoe put in my ring, and there was no change in the level of service even after we had paid. They were just as helpful and said not to hesitate to come back should we need any help or advice in the future.

We got engaged in June and went to Rocks on Grafton Street to try on rings. We met with Jean at 10 am on a Saturday and Jean certainly knew her stuff. She really made the experience enjoyable and we felt we were in good hands with her. She was great at pinpointing when I liked a certain style or setting and completed the appointment by having me try on bands. We went to two other appointments and whilst there was not really anything negative about the other two, they just were not a patch on Jean and we couldn't fault the experience we had with Jean. We had such a wonderful experience picking my engagement ring in Rocks Jewellers two weeks ago. I can’t thank Caoimhe enough for her help. I had an excellent experience picking the perfect engagement ring, everyone in the jewellers was so welcoming and friendly. Eimear helped me pick the ring I wanted, her knowledge of the different rings was impressive and she put me at ease with her warm approach. We returned a couple of weeks later to get the ring resized and again, all of the staff were so welcoming. Katrina looked after us the second time and she was also fantastic and genuinely happy for us. She was so helpful in helping us change the size and the ring was ready to be picked up only 2 hours later.

After exploring many other jewellers in Ireland and UK as soon as we stepped into Rocks me and my Fiance had a very warm, personable and unique experience which was provided by all staff. I went to see Michael at Rocks to re-design my Grandma's 5 stone engagement ring. As soon as I met Michael I was certain that he could create the ring I'd been dreaming of. I searched the internet high and low for delicate 3 stone rings with an overlapping band, yet it didn't exist until Michael made mine. He had lots of styles to show me, and worked on every single detail with me to make sure I was happy. I absolutely love my ring and would recommend going to Rocks to anybody.
