I was involved in an accident where a 13 year old girl and her 5 year old sister were driving their mothers car home. The 13 year old hit the back end of my car when she was turning at this corner I was stopped at. I was pregnant at this time. Needless to say, I called Ron Bell from a recommendation. I had Neil Orell for my lawyer... I felt he didn’t really put forth much effort in my case. He may of just been working on other cases. Idk but to me it felt like he really had no interest. The assistant Jasmine Franco was absolutely wonderful. She made it easy to talk to her about things and to relate messages to my lawyer. Come to find out about 8 months into my case... Neil is no longer my lawyer and I was assigned a new lawyer. I didn’t get any word of this and it made me very frustrated and frightened not knowing if the person would be any good. I’m highly satisfied with the resolution of my case. It was handled perfectly and with more than I expected. Communication with my legal assistant (Debbie Lucero) was amazing! I emailed her quite often and received a reply within 5 minutes. The only negative is that it was next to impossible to get a hold of my attorney (Brian). Not once did he reply to any voicemails or emails. The only way to speak to him was to have Debbie physically walk into his office and get him to call.
