Called them out to repair a roof leak on my roof. Anthony came out and patched an area that our previous owner had tried sealing/fixing (assuming this was the problem). A week later it began leaking again in the same exact spot. I called back and Anthony came out again and pulled 10 shingles and sealed nails he found that were rusty. He then told me yeah there were rusty nails. I asked what does that mean? He said, there’s rusty nails. I again asked is that meaning something larger? Never got a clear answer. But he assured me that the leak was now fixed. Fast forward a few weeks and it is leaking at the same spot again. Again I called and spoke with the owner this time. He said ok, sometimes they can be tricky but he would send Anthony back out and may join him to help. Never heard from him nor did they show. Again it leaks a few weeks later, again I call the owner. Same story, yeah they can be tricky. Said he would send Anthony out the next day. Guess what, no show. No call, nothing. I would steer clear of this company. Horrible communication and poor customer service. Maybe they do great work, but I can’t vouch for that either since my roof still leaks in the same spot.

I am 67yoa, grew up, n was raised by n around builders; so when I saw the kind of work the TEAM from ROOF X and Ricky Roberts was doing on my roof, I HAD to take a step back n take just one more LONG LOOK! My DREAM TEAM from ROOF X was nothing short of ... well ... MIRACLE WORKERS! There was an ART, a SKILL, an EXPERTISE - if u will - to everything they did! The LINES of shingles were sheer perfection! I have seen many a shingled roof - but NONE - no roof job - can compare to mine! From the ground, I stared n stood in awe! But when I saw the pictures they took while ON THE ROOF, I almost couldn’t believe my eyes! I’m just hoping I can share the pictures! Ricky Roberts will do his best to help u in any way possible he can, even after the job! Know that u can hire them with complete confidence, he totally cares for u, His Customer/His Family! I had the most amazing experience with Rene and his team. He took care of my insurance claim for me and kept me in the loop the entire time. He was most responsive with my questions, scheduled and showed up on time, his team kept my gates closed so my dogs would not escape, they laid tarps around the entire perimeter of my home to catch all of the old roof and the debris. When they left at the end of the day, the roof was installed, and there was not one piece of old debris in my yard or driveway. I was away for the long weekend and my neighbors kept texting me telling me how amazing my house looked with the new roof. I was very excited to get home to take a look for myself as the pictures did not do it justice. This team was stellar and I highly recommend them for your roofing needs. Thank you Roof X !!!

We were pleased with Rene Diaz's professionalism as well as his concern for us and our roof issue. He was here when he said he would be, and he walked us through every step of the process, including meeting with the insurance inspector after he himself had inspected the roof. His work team was on time and conscientious not only about re-roofing our house but also about cleaning up each day before they left. (We have a new puppy, and they were sure to go over multiple times the fenced yard where she went when she was outside.) Rene met with us and answered all our questions before, during and after the roof was finished. I reached out to Roof X to do a whole roof replace, they came out quickly and did a free quote, did a great job going over the roof and explaining what all needed to be done.. very good communication between first inspection all the way up to the day they showed up to start work… the workers were very professional and did great work! I’ve had my roofs done on other homes and always had little issues but I do have to say I don’t have any issues whatsoever with Roof X’s work… even their final cleanup was great… they took a magnet around my property 3-4 times, no trash left behind, blew my driveway and sidewalks off.. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I would recommend Roof X to anybody looking to have their roof done!

Roof X inspected my home in preparation for a 700 sqft addition. He designed a plan to attach onto my existing structure in order to accommodate the addition. Due to him having to work around other contractors, some of the work we agreed upon needed to be finished at a later date and time. When the time came for him to complete and finish the job, he responded in a reasonable amount of time and completed it in a timely manner. Some adjustments had to be made when the work began and he was understanding and accommodated. All the work was completed under license, insurance, and permits in a professional and punctual . All was completed as agreed upon and affordable.

I was getting estimates to do my roof for $30+k. Ricky came out, gave me an estimate right away and the price was the lowest I received. Work started right away & the crew was great! They had my entire house, garage & shed done in 3 days!! That was with them having to replace 19 sheets of plywood. We have had some really bad weather, wind & rain, right after my new roof was on and zero leaks! All warranty work was handled for me by them & I have already received my warranty paperwork from Owens Corning. Thank you again guys for all the work! Roof X website was easy to navigate and clean. A pop-up suggested I send a text, and promised they would write back to me. I was a little hesitant but gave it a try. A Roof X employee responded immediately and it went well from there! Our home project was smaller than most and I was afraid a company wouldn’t bother with us based on a low return on investment. Roof X personnel were all professional and kind, regardless of the size of the project, which earned my utmost respect. They helped with everything I needed. They earned 5☆. They had removed the old tiles on the roof. They schedule to come back in 2 days. A storm was coming in the next day. I called Dan and informed him of the storm. They came out the next afternoon and I think he had every employee out there working until 9pm to finish the roof before the storm coming in. I truly appreciated their dedication . Because all I could think about was the swimming pool my house was going to turn into. And it was done professionally no call backs being it was a rush job. I have and will continue to recommend them.

Just had to get my roof replaced about a month ago. I absolutely hate dealing with roofers. There are just so many companies to choose from and I know nothing about roofs. Dan is a great guy answered all of the questions I had in a timely manner, the whole roof x team went to bat for me with the insurance company. Made the whole process pretty easy for me. They fit me in within the week they had a crew out here tearing my old roof off and put my new one on the same day, came back for a second day just for some finishing touches.

The actual roof replacement was acceptable; however, they re-hung gutters poorly, ruined a yard umbrella, left tar everywhere, and did an extremely poor job cleaning up debris afterwards. I was most disappointed.
