I had an unsatisfactory experience at this store. I went to purchase a 5kg bag of Tilda basmati rice. After purchasing it and checking it in the basket before leaving the store, I noticed there was a small hole in the bag where grains of rice would spill out if turned upside down. I returned to the same cashier to show the fault in the product and asked to replace it with another bag of 5kg Tilda basmati rice. He made up a number of reasons why he can't exchange it for the same product and ultimately didn't exchange the product. Any other store I've had a similar issue they have allowed me to exchange the product immediately and hassle free. I advise anyone who chooses to shop here to check their items carefully before purchasing it to avoid similar issues.

Make sure you check what they charge you at the till for every item. They appear to make up the price sometimes and charge you different to what is listed on the shelf. Today they overcharged me for an item & when I told them what they were charging was the price of the bigger version of the product they then completely made up an inflated price for the bigger version. When I showed them the actual price on the shelf (which was not the price they made up at the till) they then said the smaller version I had was actually the same price as the bigger one? What a bunch of liars. This isn't the first time I have had to question what they charge me at the till

All staff are rude. You get better service in a Jamaican takeaway. Butcher is rude as well as incompetent. What kind of butcher cant cut a chicken into 10 pieces? Got home and found all the chicken bones hacked and splintered through the meat and 9 random sized pieces, a primary school child would have done a better job. The chicken smelt off too. Do not go here. All items are overpriced and the staff make sure you leave feeling sorry to ever set foot on the premises. Oh yeah and they tried to overcharge me at the till, the guy just types whatever price he feels like so keep an eye if you do buy anything here.

I LOVE this place! The fresh fruit and veg is THE BEST. It reminds me of being in turkey, when I see some of the goods in the shop. The people running it go above and beyond to help when you go there. The fruit and veg IS a little dearer, but, they have a massive variety, and it's all delicious. Plz try this people. It is well worth it! Only problem is, I could spend a fortune in there, because everything is so lovely. 5 stars. Thankyou to all that run the place

Nice range of goods, always fresh produce, polite staff. So basically a good local store. However, you need to pay more attention to safety measures such as social distancing (basically nonexistent), hand sanitiser displayed (I couldn't see it), limiting the number of customers in the store, and enforcing some idiots to keep distance and/or wear masks if necessary. Covid19 is still around and noone is totally safe from it. Safety comes before profit. ;-)

If it's Asian food that you are after, then you will find an array of products to cater for all tastes there. The shop is well stocked with most of the popular spices you'll need to impress your guests with your culinary skills. The aisles are narrow, the the shelves are neat and tidy and always full. You will also find fresh meat and a butcher to serve behind the counter, and of course most herbs and vegetables expected in an Asian shop. Disfruta.

Another Turkish/ halal Mini Supermarket (catering to Polish as well as All others ). Strong Points are Well Stocked & Diverse Stock... Fresh fruit & vegetables which are excellently sourced..the Nuts selection is one of the best ( if you are a Nutty guy like me ).Not so strong points could be some improvements with Some ( Not Most .. As Most are very good & helpful) of the checkout staff. Highly recommended for Rosehill & surrounding areas

Such a horrible customer service, they are so rude and careless. It happened to me two time with disrespect, and today the queue was so long and only one person was serving, I even told him I have an emergency can you ask someone else to come and serve, but he replied to me so rude and said we can’t do anything else with no apology. I wouldn’t recommend this place and won’t go there again.

A corner shop for groceries and meat items. The prices are definitely too high but the meat section seemed decent prices compared to other asian grocery shops. It has variety of products, vegetable etc. Most of them are Turkish and east-european. The parking would be difficult to find. Otherwise it is recommended to visit once to check if it's worth.

I believe in shopping local this mini mart has a large array of fresh fruit, veg, halal butcher with fresh chicken lamb, beef they will cut, dice, skin too you're requirements. Good selection of Jamaican produce, Turkish goodies, honey and much more and open till late, these stores are the heart beat of our communities support them if you can.

Never buy from this Store again. They are selling expired products and mouldy pies. All my family had to suffer because of the expired pickle with voma and intoxication. It’s unacceptable to sell products expired 2 years ago , this can’t be a human mistake because me and my family wasn’t safe and putted our health in danger.

An excellent shop full of lovely food which is always fresh...nice friendly helpful staff...if you're looking for good reasonably priced food from overseas then look no further...highly recommended.The fresh fruit and veg is particularly worth buying and trying.....tastes like the fruit and veg I ate when I was a kid.

Good place to buy all kinds of daily needed foods including vegetables etc at the good price. Plus variety of meat products (except pork) are available here. The one draw back is, you dont get enough space to park your car here. Thank you.

Best place to buy vegetables and fruits. I don't know where they get their tomatoes at this time of the year but they are delicious and ripe. Bonus point for having almost everything unwrapped so you can bring your own bag for the veggies.

Been shopping here for a long time. Mostly for small items, exotic fruits and hard to find Asian products. They even have a halal butcher in the shop that I haven't used personally, but there is always the option if you need it.

Much bigger than expected, lots of fresh fruit & veg, including some you can't find easily. Lots of food from different cultures, anything not likely to be found in a supermarket can probably (not definitely) be found here.

It's a good convenience store with wide variety of food and drink from Turkey, Iran and other countries from middle east. You can find fresh meat, vegetables, tasty fruits.

One time you need £4 to pay by card, the next you need £5 minimum to pay by card. A week later they lie and say you need a minimum of £8 to pay by card. Scammers. Avoid.

Very expensive ,they sell rotten lettuce in a higher price staff on till very serious they get angry when you ask anything about any stuff especially the ladies …

Their scale is set to 0.022kg. So they add extra weight to it. It is rip off. The fruits veggies and food is sldo expensive there. The meat absolutely stinks there.

Lots of fresh vegetables and fruit quality produce. Great for hard to find eastern ingredients and unusual foods . But not cheap not somewhere I do my weekly shop.

Great selection of fresh fruit & vegetables as well as meat and many middle Eastern products hard to find elsewhere. Wine/beer are very overpriced though.

If you're East European this shop has some of the food you've left back home, not too many polish options but is ok, there are plenty of those around
