I've been coming here off an on for about 6 years. I'm a mature dude, but, I'm also contemporary. At first I wasn't feeling Roses Dream cause I got the initial impression it was a hang out for a crowd "i" didn't want to mix with. I was wrong. Parking sucks!! Not a whole lot of chills and frills, but, by yourself or with a crew the atmosphere is turn up in a fun, Good time or spontaneous "stop" I say drop in you will have a good time

I love this place. The owner changed the name to Vibez.. The new name is very fitting.. The Vibez are Party...Party.....Party.. Beware of Shawn The Bartender on the 1st floor.. Her drinks will have you on an other Vibez Ride!!!!

Avoid this place at all cost. Went here during covid to for a fun night out. Played good music and has decent hookah but the food is trash. The food took about an hour to come out. Tacos were burnt and barely had shrimp in it. Customer service was also terrible. The bartender had no idea when the food was coming out and didn’t make an effort to.

At first I liked it there. Until I realized they charged me for every coal for the hookah. I've never seen that before. The reason I was given was I could get carbon monoxide poisoning if they don't make a brand new hookah everytime the coal burns out. I was flabbergasted. It ridiculous.

Karaoke Thursdays are the best with Big Walt. Shoutout Tiff the bartender too. She's upstairs that day Shoutout to the owner Danny for a chill atmosphere and spot. Shoutout the cook Shawn. Her food is always amazing. Shoutout to V and the hookah ladies and the bouncer Charles.

Its a nice place to stop by and have cocktails and food... its to small for my taste. One could feel a little claustrophobic in this place. I do like the balcony, its small but quaint. Its located in an alright area. where other bars and eatery's are, its on the bus line and shops.

I guess you have to be a regular to get good service. The bartender on this particular night was rude. I don't usually go in there, but it was my sister's bday and a friend had a table. It's small and cute won't be back unless a friend/family has an event/something there.

I would love for them to play afro beats. The other songs weren't bad. But I do feel like it needs to be a mixture of music. Music has no restrictions. The mixologist we're very nice and quick. The crowd was very nice as well. It was also clean. The bathrooms we're clean.

Big Walt is the man with a plan upstairs. Down home fun. If you haven't been to Roses Dejavu you should go. He made my daughters 30th birthday a day to remember. The table, bottle service and the hookahs were all of it. Love you Walt thanks a bunch …

I sat down at the bar smoked hookah and pretended like I was too cool to be there even though I paid to be there. I think the girls were checking me out. It was karaoke night. I sung a Maxwell song, they boo'd me. I expected it and regret nothing.

I came to roses today Tuesday 2/24/18. There were maybe 7 people and the service was awful. When we entered the establishment the bar tender and a few patrons looked at us as if we were lost. Soo much for supporting black business.. Never again!!

Good music, not extremely crowned, good food. There's a bartender names Kissy there ( I think). She's amazing! High energy, very attentive, and really nice, unlike a lot of the bartenders you find in DC.

Small but fun always. My favorite bartenders are Howie and Travis. They both are super sweet and cool. You might leave out wobbling but you’ll enjoy being in their presence while you’re there!!

Its actually called Vibes now. It was nice. Plexiglass dividers and temp checks upon entry. I didn't like that the hookah was cash app only, but the bar was cash and card ready.

It was cool. Not my normal ppl I would be partying with. If you enjoy corny folks on a Tuesday night. It's the place to go. Dj was good and Howie the bartender is even better.

It was okay. Kind of crowded and loud. Which is expected. They have hookah if that's something you'd like! And 2 floors! Bartender was very nice, drinks were good too!

Great Djs/Music, Excellent drinks and Good Food. Fun, Relaxed atmosphere. Parking kind of an issue sometimes if you're driving due to busy area its in But worth it.

Their happy hour goes until like 9pm so everyone has a fair chance to get there which is nice. I enjoyed the chicken tenders just not the minimal bar seating

For those who don't know the fried shrimp and season fries at this joint is absolutely amazing! The best part is that they serve it after 12.

This place is a great hookah lounge to hang out with friends and like minded people out to have a great time. The music is awesome as well.

The music was thast of DC origin but some down South came out of the DJ too. Overall evening was enjoyable at the teacher's first Friday.

My go to spot. Good hookah. Good drinks. Great DJ. Karaoke on Thrusday. Late Happy hour mon-fri 6-9pm. The jerks wings are awesome.

Love this place! Grown and sexy no room for the youngsters with the age policy 25yrs and up. Always a good crowd.

I enjoyed this place a lot. The shrimp and fries are a MUST. The music is on point, something for everyone here.
