Some Teachers are unreasonably defensive when recommendations are made for improvement. There is no escalation when there is dissatisfaction with a particular teacher, because there is no principal. There is no attempt at rehabilitation. Certain kids are immediately placed on probation with first mistake, no warning, no efforts made to resolve issues. I find even strict Kearsney was ant least fair with their discipline process. Unpopular Kids face Victimisation by teachers - covered by a thin veneer of fake care. I find some of the teachers incredibly emotionally immature. Lack of discipline on the part of teachers is shocking. Teachers not present when school starts, or when there are school functions. Kids have to manage themselves. The lack of accountability of some teachers is unbelievable.

A place where children get to be children. A beautiful, nurturing school where the individual is valued. I have one junior and one senior, and both are thriving. I find the curriculum balanced in academics and hands on work. The best gift you could give your children.

The Roseway Waldorf School journey has been outstanding. If parents are genuinely interested in developing their childrens true potential and not just get them through the South Afican education system, they should join the Roseway Waldorf School community.

All 4 of my children have been through the Roseway ECD. As a working mom I had the reassurance that my kids were in a "home away from home" environment. They loved going to school each day and were excited to go back after holidays.

Waldorf Education is inspiring, and has many benefits. Roseway is a beautiful physical place. It lacks academic rigour in the sciences in the High School. The matric programme(year 13)is tutor based not teaching based.

We have been incredibly happy with the school. It has been an pleasure to watch our children flourish and come into their own. Looking forward to many more happy, fulfilling and nurturing years for our children.

My son is loving his time here. Every teacher he has had over his 4 years has nurtured him and seen him for the individual he is and he absolutely loves his writing and math.

An educational treasure: to fully understand and develop humanity in an educational environment. Such a rarity. Love this school.
