Anybody that doesn't shop at a Ross store is just plain giving their money away. At Ross I have paid $14 for a shirt that was $100 at a department store. For the same amount of money that I would spend on a regular department store I get eight times more for my money on average. Definitely can't beat that deal!

Worst customer service ever!! They charged me 2x for a sports bra package. I brought another one to show them and they still charged me and tried to make it seem like I was in the wrong. Never an apology after taking 30 mins to figure out their mistake. Manager needs to retrain them.

Horrible only two cashiers while the line is the whole length of the store. It’s been over 30 min just waiting to cash out. Other employees walking around shopping instead of turning off all the tag alarms that have been ringing since I got here which was over an hr ago.

This Ross is HORRIBLE. The store manager don't know how to do returns, 25 minutes long line for check out and returns only one register available. Parking is too expensive for me to wait that long, no prices on items what a waist of my time.

This place is a new location. State-of-the-Art type. Not crowded like the other ones, but it has à few lines looking around and shopping, nevertheless. Good stuff. Quality brands for a lesser price. A bargain. Go for it!
