My experience at this store was aweful. The cashier I went to was snotty and rude. I went in to return a dress I had bought yesterday at the Ross near Ann road. I had my receipt and waited in line for my turn. When it was my turn the girl rudely told me I was in the wrong line for returns. I asked where the other line was. She again rudely said its next to thst line and there was a sign. I was perplexed because I didn't see a sign. She then pointed at a lady next to me and said you were in the wrong line and cut in front of her. I replied, I know I asked her if she was in line and she said yes but to go ahead they were browsing the stuff in the isle. So I was really taken back by this cashiers attitude. I glared at her as she finished my return and handed me my receipt. I started to walk away and noticed she didn't give me my new receipt showing I had returned it and the money was being returned to my card. I walked back over to her and told her she didn't give me my new reciept with the refund just the old one. She then showed a reciet at me but it wasn't mine. So I said rjis isn't mine. At that time a different employee asked if there was a problem and I told her yes. This lady took care of the problem, got the manager to print my new reciept showing a return amount to my card. The entire experience was unnerving. I wont go back to that store.

The store has decent selections from well brand names to lesser known ones, but they have everything for anyone. The only aspect I didn't understand is the store hours posted both at the door and online. Friday closing time is at 10 pm, but an employee announced all customers to bring their merchandise to checkout since they were closing in 15 minutes. The time was 8:45 pm. I asked the store employee at checkout if the hours changed. She replied, "No, store closes at 10 pm". When I told her about the public announcement, she was wondering why so many people were lined up all at once.

I have no problem with merchandise or products & the store is usually clean & orderly. My problem is with some of the staff; who can be rude & short-tempered. Also (& I haven’t been there recently so possibly they changed this) their lines are confusing & not clearly labeled. I waited 15 minutes to get to the front of a line, to be told it was the wrong one & I had to go to the end of another long line. While in that line, I saw the same thing happen to 2 other people! I see another reviewer mentioned this same issue. Hopefully a manager is bothering to read these!

Clean store compared to other locations. Very organized and lots of employees to help out. Even the fitting rooms where trash and mess free. Love shopping at Ross because the prices are great. But tip if you see something and are not 100℅ on buying it do it anyway. I missed out on a few things that I really liked, went back a week later and it was no longer there. The stock is limited for each individual item.

Honestly having a lot to choose from should really be a good thing, but not having anywhere to put it is just dangerous. I really like the fact that there's so many things but as sometimes who is a caregiver i know first hand this is not a place to bring your elderly as there's no room to walk and someone's stuff ends up in the ground Hazzard yes for sure and this should be taken care of immediately.

This location like most, had their winter clothing out but nothing in this store appealed to me. I found a few summer items since it was 90 degrees outside. The store was also messy. The hispanic female Customer Service was working diligently trying to cleaning and put items in its place but she needed more help. Staff was friendly and greeted upon my entrance to the store.

They have this security guy named Gordon and he’s the most incredibly rude staff member that u have. He can’t be bothered to give effort to care about anything but himself and is super negative all the time. He says welcome to Ross because he has to and has no enthusiasm in his voice. He’s the first person I see and honestly has given me a negative shopping environment.

Hi there! It was a nice experience shopping there. Items are nicely racked and well-tagged acc to sizes. Prices are very ok. The place is well-lighted and clean including the comfort rm and fitting rm. Staff very accommodating and always smiling even if it was evening already when we came. Will definitely come back. Took our granddaughter to pick out some clothes. Found a whole lot that looked like they had been made just for her....and while she was trying stuff on... I engaged in some enjoyable conversation with the fitting room attendant, a lovely lady that was from NY but raised in Puerto Rico. She was very sweet and a definite + to the Ross team. :)

Love this location. Nice people with good customer service. But my phone got stolen here so only 4 stars because I'm still pissed about it. The security guard on duty helped me out BIG TIME trying to hunt down whoever stole my phone in the store. He even let me take his personal phone to call my phone while walking around the store.

This particular Ross has a nice well stocked assortment of things ranging from apparel, home decor, and electronics. Found a great deal of 40 assorted cards for only $3.99! Staff were attentive and friendly upon entering and leaving the store. Would recommend this store if you're a treasure hunter looking for great deals!

I was told at Ross they can hold ur items for the day. My daughter n I were checking out 45 min b4 they closed. I couldn't have gone home n back to get $$ in time. They said we can't hold them at night, only during the day. We were in there for at least a couple of hours shopping for deals. WE LEFT WITH NOTHING!!

Omg the store assistant KELLY was literally the best. She was polite every time she spoke to us. You never know the kind of people you're going to encounter and it was so nice to meet her. Pleaseeeee give her a raise because she's awesome and she deserves some recognition …

Ross store on Decatur is easy access off 215. Lots of parking, retail and grocery stores and restaurants in same location. Friendly greeter and staff. This is a smaller store so the aisles are kind of cramped and not as much variety and items available. Check out is organized and wait is moderate.

Re: North Decatur location Very nice store. Everything is well organized. I've been to other Ross stores, where customers make a mess with the merchandise. At this location, the staff is on top of things, making sure everything stays neat and organized. Judy was especially helpful to me

I love this Ross! It's clean and the staff is helpful and friendly and there is always an amazing selection of housewares. There isn't a very large mens clothing section and they could stand to have larger sizes for men. But all in all an excellent value shopping experience.

This location was a little bit better than previous ones I've been to. They had a little bit more stuff and stuck pretty similar to other locations they can have the same stuff. so it's a hit or miss depending on what time of the year you come and what you're looking for

Right now they have tons of items. As the holiday season approaches the shopping hours have been extended.. Go on in and shop great deals on just about everything. I do mean everything, last week I purchased proactive deep cleansing facial wash for 12 bucks. WOW! RIGHT!

Ross has some of the best prices on clothing and shoes. Every time I go to the shoe department, there are dozens of shoes on the floor. It is the type of people that shop there. Adults, teach your children to put things back where they got things from.

The pant options for work were very good including short selections for men. However the shirt selection quality seems to be lacking and one could get better options for the price at kohls in my opinion in terms of price quality and selection.

If you're looking for a good deal. This is a great place. They have all kinds of skin and hair products, they have spices, kitchen hoods household items and list just goes on.

Shoes for men have a wide variety but good luck if your over a size 10. I'm a size 12 and its very hard to find something you like that won't be a surprise size 11 or 13.

Inexpensive name brand clothes. The selection always varies. I feel like I'm on a treasure hunt. Sometimes you find exactly what you want, other times you don't.
