Unbelievably unprofessional! They had the nerve to accuse me of trying to steal a pair of sweatpants or something ridiculous like that?! I understand there's a cnstt barrage of shoplifters but when your employees get to the point where they will flat out disrespect a paying customer and publicly accuse them of being a thief with absolutely no evidence( probably because I wasn't stealing anything) it's bad enough when their employees will spy on you while your shopping hoping to catch you up to no good. This is profiling at its worst. Just because I have a backwards hat and a hoodie on doesn't mean I'm a thief nor should I be treated as one or anybody else.. unacceptable

Ross rocks. Look good feel good, for less. Be patient, follow your intuition. If today you get the "I want to go to Ross" vibe, then go. It's probably your day to claim your new wardrobe or kitchen told or rolling carry on. Stock constantly changes. Staff are friendly and helpful. Store is usually very clean and tidy. Seniors get a discount on Tuesdays. Being your elderly mom, let her push the cart and putter around. It's good exercise and she may find a treasure. Parking is free plus street parking off lot. Restaurants in the center plus dry cleaning, sporting goods, medical, Lucky market. You can do a lot of chores and errands in one spot.

They have a pretty consistent supply of basics but the variety doesn't change very frequently. If you're looking for something they usually have it but in only a few choices that are always the same brands or styles. This Ross is on the smaller side and can busy at totally random times. The cashiers are friendly but the lines can be very slow moving at times. Don't always expect to get in and out in 10 minutes. Overall, this location is okay if you're in the area, but I'd choose a different location like the one in Westlake to find more variety.

I like this Ross. I prefer this one over the one on Geary because it has more of a variety in each department. More toys more essentials amd much more clothes. Of course Market will always be the best because of its multiple floors of shopping but im just comparing this to the Geary one. This Ross only has 1 floor but its great. If you ever need to go somewhere to get affordable good stuff then come to this one. Also its close to the zoo so when this pandemic is over you can go straight to the zoo or from there go straight to Ross

Clean ORGANIZED store, easy parking, friendly cashiers (mostly). Unfortunately their selection of home goods/furniture and bedding is pretty limited compared to other Ross stores (esp the double deckers like on Geary and in Daly City). But I was able to buy a cotton (rare!!) Queen coverlet, 4 large throws and sheets for my new mattress for $70. It’s a small store but has the basics without having to dig thru messy piles like other locations.

I went yesterday unfortunately I didn’t check immediately the cash the guy who helped me gave me until later, I went back to the store and let the store manager Veronica know she said there was no extra money in the cash register without even trying to check anything, I am 100% Sure of the amount I gave when I paid so either the cashier or Veronica kept the money so sad to deal with this kind of people it was only 10 dollars.

Terrible costumer service I was followed around by LP's the ENTIRE TIME I WAS THERE. I went to the restroom for maybe 5 mins. When I came out this is what was done with my basket. After I was told to get it from customer service. Does that look like customer service to y'all. Everyone else didn't have there merchandise moved so why mine? I would never come here to be made feel so disrespected again.

Great place full of kind helpful employees. They have a ton of stuff @ great low prices. :) Idk how but they always have my favorite pair of pants that I've been buying to replace my old ones in my size and usually the last pair! Lol It's like they just know lol but yeah go check it out. I'm sure everyone knows how amazing that place is though ;)

Its an easy place to shop and they have so many different things you might need. From furnature to shoes, clothing and housewares you can find it there. At night theres more than enough parking since only Ross and Lucky's stay open later. I have found it very easy to get different things when i dont have time to go to multiple places to shop.

I always find something I like here. I recommend coming when you have time to find the best deals. Be sure to check your garments before you buy, keep Tags etc, in regards to sunglasses Don't remove the Tags unless your sure you are keeping them, they have bad store policy's in place be proactive. This Ross has been around forever. It's the longest standing store in the lakeshore shopping center. The selection can be hit or miss but it doesn't get terribly crowded so you can spend your time browsing. Fitting rooms and bathrooms aren't the cleanest but it's a Ross, it gets the job done.

It was such a nice store and they had a great variety and it was so clean and organized. I went for one thing and ended up buying at least eight,but it was worth it because I needed every one of things I bought. Hehehe I'm a happy camper and I will return.

I took my daughter here to buy shorts. We came on a week day so there wasn't much of a crowd and parking wasn't too difficult. She was able to quickly find what she needed and the cashiers were fast so even though there was a line we got out quickly.

Great customer service. Store more organized than others. I’d like to note that most Ross I visit have a limited selection of toddler(4T-6x) clothing for GIRLS. Other than that, overall great selection of items so always a treasure hunt!

It's dizzying to shop here due to the massive selection of inexpensive clothes, dresses and other items. It carries almost all sizes so that's a good news for different body types. I am happy with my purchases of seven shirts and blouses.

Its good place with wide variety of things. We went during the Christmas holidays. The store was but unorganized as the things were lying in different shelves than designated. And very less staff may be because of holidays.

This store is an inviting place to shop. Clothes on hangers are kept well spaced, items on shelves are arranged neatly. You won't find messy items on floors or jumbles of things everywhere. Staff are helpful.

I went here on Saturday, it's busy. The merchandise are cheap but fitting room are closed. You have to purchase the item first, try it at home and if it's not fit, you can return it in 30 days with receipt.

Great deals for seniors over 55 every Tuesday. Professional calphalon and circulon cookware are affordably priced. Sadly no hoodies this time of year and the cashier lines are long and confused.

i was looking around the clothes,shoes,lamps,toys for cat/dog,etc as old as the same since., and noticed some new and old things, it was tedious.

I visit this Ross frequently since it closes late and it is close to my home. Convenient location with friendly staff.

It's a great spot to grab things needed around the house and sometimes more. Always a first to check for kids shoes.

Standard Ross experience. The parking lot can get full at times, but a spot usually opens up within a few minutes.
