Bought 5 items from this location on black Friday. Was at cash register : 01 , Tran : 5178 , Assoc : 851334. Was charged for 5 items. But she kept 1 items back. Since I was with 2 kids, i was paying more attentions to them. Didn't realized till I get home that I was only given 4 items. I called them back, was told to come with a receipt. Drove back to Ross. I told the cashier that she didn't gave me the item that I purchased. The Loss prevention guy and the cashier gave me the look like I was trying to pull a fast one on them. First of all, you are the one that pulled the fast one on me. What gave you the right to withhold something that I just paid for? First time at this Ross and will be the last!

on 12/12/18 at 4:30 i went in to have a security tag removed from a item i had bought. the security guard watched me walk in and wait at the register. when i asked to manager if she could help she accused me of stealing the item since i didnt have the receipt, i let her know that i bought the items 2 weeks ago and i didnt expect them to leave the security tags on it. she then proceeds to rudely tell me i shouldnt on gone back if i didnt have the receipt. she kept repeating herself over me and pretty much threw the item back at me. this isnt the first time they have left a security tag on my clothes and i doubt it will be the last. make sure to check your items before you leave.

It was a pretty good store, yeah tons of brand deals and such, but I saw a guy taking some clothes and running out without paying. The employees just said that they were in need because they probably didn't have much money and the security didn't stop them. It seems a bit unfair, that the guy could just steal a huge pile of clothes and get off scot-free, and this is a huge issue for the company and other people. It is wrong no matter what circumstances they are in, unless they actually really need them, but the guy seemed to dress pretty well for someone with no money. It just didn't seem right.

I shop her all the time. It’s right around the corner from my house. But after today I will never shop there again. Dora was a female security there. I asked for a purse that was locked up. She got the purse and put it behind the register. She would not even let me hand it to the cashier. I looked at her and said wow what do you think I’m going to steal it. I had another item in my hand to purchase. I changed my mind. I told them both never mind since you think I’m going to run with it I will not buy it! I will never step foot in that Ross again!

Service is okay. It could use a bit more organization and placement of speficif items. The workers are friendly. I come.here once a week since I'm always around the area. Some prices are fair while some are super cheap and some are way too expensive despite the brand. They have everything here and is probably the cleanest Ross in San Jose. Cleaner than Calitol expy. and The Plant. They get busy but the lines are too long on weekdays around noon. I'm not sure about weekends. The bathroom is always clean and well-maintained.

Thank goodness I was able to find a dress for my daughter! If not I would have rated lower.. The people would were working are not really taught people skills...not all were rude and, I did appreciate the attentionI received this evening. The dressing room attendant was wonderful and the evening sticker. They need to school the others in people skills. Anyway I did find a dress for my daughter. She is hard to please. But is! That made me enter the store once again.

Open late till 11pm which was amazing since I needed a last minute gift and everywhere else was already closed. The store had decent items at great prices, it was well organized and clean, and I was in and out very quickly. I plan to go back when I have more time and really do some shopping. Really like this location and it's not to far away from where I'm staying. Definitely a 5 ⭐ spot!

Lots of great deals, depending on what you are looking for. Store was.clean. All the employees were helpful and nice. During the pandemic, they have widened the aisles and limit the number of people being let it. No line to get in, but nice to know they would stop letting people in if they hit the limit There is hand sanitizer after you enter and some at the register before you leave.

Great place to shop. Always stocked and clean. You can find brand name shoes, purses and clothing at reasonable prices. Lots of toys that sell far cheaper than Toys R Us, Wal-Mart, and Target. Always find what I need for my grandkids for Christmas. Also love all their home decor stuff. Great place to shop

The store was clean and staff was friendly, but not very well stocked. Not a whole lot of variety compared to TJ Max. I am not sure how often the store receives new stock items, but I will revisit the store in the future. Hopefully the store will have a better selection in the future.

I went there to find something for my husband,, Their selection for the men's department didn't really have what I'm looking for , alot of the shirts are for teenagers , the selection on shoes have limited shoe sizes its hard to find a size 15 in a normal color shoe

Why does Ross sux in comparison to marshals Burlington and i forget the goods store then out of the blue boom depending of Ross stores they carry a premium brand its bit pricier than the outlet store but you get to try it on and then buy it at thenoutlet store later

I like the store. It's close to DMV. The prices are awesome. I found very reasonable luggage, and it was at a discount. Well organized and managed. Great customer service. I would highly recommend buying stuff at reasonable prices because there are lots of deals.

I really like Ross and shop there often. I would give them more stars if they would be in stock more often. Their beauty supplies, kitchen items are always very low. I also don't like how they aren't strict enough with only allowing service dog's in stores.

Great prices and clothes, especially the shoes. Nice and clean, organized. Like stores that are like that, makes shopping stress free. But the only thing is, it gets really hot and stuffy inside the store. But other than that nice store.

Good selection always. Good brands like Tommy, KC, MK, and more. For really discounted prices. Good perfume selection too. Nice candles and other house hold items. Almost everything. Decent staff.

It's a garage sale in a store... Junk, that the other stores can't sell... Spread the racks out wide, to make it look like there is something there. The local Goodwill has more and better stuff...

Great place for finding designer clothes at a majorly reduced price. Such a high stock that you couldn't call it organized, however very nice economical shopping with decent customer service.

Enjoyed shopping at Ross. First store I have been too since shelter in place. It was very neat and friendly. They have one way arrows, social distancing and everyone wore mask. I felt safe.

Went for drapes and rods. Selection was...actually there was no selection. In the past there was plenty to choose from. I gave two stars because it could be a covid issue with suppliers.

The workers in this department store are very dedicated. They're very nice they're caring for the customers that are walking in. I was very pleased to have this experience with them.

It's Ross. But most folks sleep on RossDressForLess. I LIVE this place. Got an awesome pair of headphones for 14.99 and some work shorts for 12.99. You cannot be that! Go Ross!

This store is so clean and organized and the cashier was very sweet. This is not common at many Ross locations! This one is my favorite and I try to go when I'm in the area.

I LOVE this ROSS on Bernal rd.. place has every brand you can think off. From UGGS MK CK ANNE KLIEN Timberlands. Mike you name this ROSS has it. Will recommend this one!

This is a great place if you need something quick. We love to get shorts and sweats here. If we can't find anything I can always find clothes or toys for grandson.

I was shopping for some art to hang on my wall. I found the piece of art at a great price. But the power went out and I couldn't pay for it so I left without it.

I went in looking for tennis shoes for my nephew, and came out with a plethora of items! The clearance prices were outstanding! I just love Ross Dress for Less

There is always an interesting supply of items here at this store and most of the time things are priced reasonably. Open great hours, too.

As usual, inventory fluctuates but is generally good. Employees are helpful but don't initiate conversation, which for me work is just fine

Excellent service. Variety of clothes, shoes, under garments, belts, perfumes and colognes, household stuff and the list goes on.

It's ok but just didn't seem right,one of the dressing rooms had a giant gaping mouth which swallowed all that ventured inside

There are plenty of employees in this Ross first time I've gone to Ross and not had to wait a really long time in line

They did have what I wanted a beautiful lamp shade..But the lines are always so long, so don't go if your in a rush.

Place is excellent, just long lines the many times I had been here (4-6 times in a month for house decor shopping).

Are they going out of business? Too much floor space. a lot of fakeouts still alot of air I guess they are selling.

This store has always been fair and I will keep going. See how how perfect nature is in South County Morgan Hill.

Most of the shelves at Ross are empty because of shipping issues. Good luck on finding what you need there.
