Wally Ross was insrumental more than twenty years ago when I had retired from an international corporation and decided to start my own company representing large German business groups . Wally basically guided me through the set up and supported my activity with accounting skills and in depths knowledge of the functioning of a stand alone new business. A result of my activity were the start ups of a total of 5 new companies , 4 distribution operations and one manufacturing unit. For all of these companies Wally assisted in the start up and took on the accounting service. All of this to the complete sarisfaction of the overseas investors and my own. I started using Ross Accounting about 3 years ago when my business was doing 500k in revenue and Wally and his team have helped me grow my business to 2 million per year to date. They have set up a IRA for my self and my employees as well. I feel so blessed that I found Wally as he really cares about my company and my family. He is just not my accountant, he is handling my retirement and savings as well. 5 STARS is a rating however Wally and his team deserve 10 STARS.

After working with them for 4 years the owner, Mr Ross, said he no longer wants my business. When I asked why, he said he doesn’t have to give a reason because it’s his business so he can do what he wants. What made it worst is that he waited till the deadline to file taxes, giving me almost no time to find someone else. If you want the same to happen to you then by all means you should definitely use them. Extremely disappointed.

Good for simple fillings. Horrible for complex returns. Had a mutli-state filling and these guys messed up big time. Still fighting 15K in another state taxes due to a mistake they made. They never owned to the problem and simply dropped my case when problems started.
