Pros: Excellent service, car drop off and take from your hotel is free of charge, the overall car condition was very good, no hidden fees and the car has full insurance coverage. I mainly dealt with Anni, who was very supportive, speaks English well, and instantly & patiently responded to all my messages/ queries which were a lot as it was the first time renting from this Company. Also, the person/ driver who delivered the car was very nice, welcoming and had a good sense of humor. Cons: The car has a few scratches and minor color changes (yellowish) in some parts. Also, the suspension system needs little adjustments as it will be a little uncomfortable on bumpy roads and off-road areas. In conclusion, I would definitely rent this car/ similar one and deal with Royal Car Rental again.

Really great experience! We had Pajero and it was good decision. We were fore example in Khulo, really challenging ways, I can not imagine standard car in such a conditions. The first surprise was even in the arrival hall on the airport. There was a man waiting for us with the table with my name. Super! He was really supportive, he help us to change money with better rate, to buy SIM card, so we had internet connection all the time, he helped us to choose the best way to rech our target places and last but not least it was great to discuss with him about local situation. Also handing over the car was fantastic. We head wery early flight, but the same man was waiting for us, so everything was without any problem. I would only recommend them.

Altogether the experience was smooth. Customer care is not their strength, but they are reliable and that is what matters. The car (Jeep) we got looked good, and since we only used it for a couple of days in and around Tbilisi it was ok. But it would not have taken us into the mountains, looks are deceiving. Especially suspension and related issues have to be checked VERY carefully before you receive the car otherwise you will be stuck in the middle of nowhere. Also urgently check the sparewheel, jack and spanners. But glad that pick up and drop off was organised and the gentleman receiving us could not speak english, but he was polite. Thank you

We have rented Mitsubishi Outlander sport. The car was clean and tidy. We had no problems with the car. Service 5*. Special thanks Anni! Excellent service. We were greeted at 5 o'clock in the morning. We were worried about our luggage (it disappeared), in the evening Anni asked where our luggage was, called the airport (the airport staff ignored our calls), and informed us when it appeared. Anni helped with parking, some with payment, some with searches. We have never had such good service anywhere. I recommend it to everyone! If I ever come back to Tbilisi, I will use their services again!

Quite incredible service- the car was dropped off at our hotel, all the “paperwork” done on the mobile, and a SIM card with unlimited 4G as GPS. Any questions on the car we had during the trip were answered on Whatsapp within minutes by Anni our wonderful carhost. We had to shorten our trip and even got some refund- very flexible company. And the 2017 car was like new- a dream to drive. Surely go back to Georgia and use this company

Bad experience. The car they gave us on inception itself showed engine errors still they pushed us to continue it and then it wouldn't go uphill and then they had the audacity to lecture us on correct way of 'driving'. Swapped our car and still took the same money as the previous car(high end) Replacement car was better. All this made us loose so much time in our travel. So won't recommend.

The BEST one in Tbilisi - no doubt. The level of attention, care and communication was beyond any customer / rental experience i’ve ever had. It was my first time in Georgia; but it felt like hometown by all means necessary. I don’t usually write reviews but i said like: “Yeah, i’ll do it this time.”. We booked a diesel Pajero with documents to cross the border into Armenia (€574 for 10/11 days) and they gave us an 19 year old petrol Pajero with more than 185,000 km. (He drank more petrol than we did Georgian wine!) The only positive note, in addition to Anni's telephone service, is the fact that collection and delivery are also done at the hotel.

We rented a Mitsubishi Pajero from 2001 for 2 weeks and the car was great - pretty well preserved and working. We rented at Kutaisi airport but when there was an issue with battery in Tbilisi, a driver came within an hour to help us. I recommend!

Great communication and organisation and even got an upgrade. I recommend getting a car with high ground clearance though, if you're touring around the country. Roads are incredibly bad, drivers are testosterone laden and potholes are deep.
