It's alright. On occasion the staff can be dismissive of questions, will not answer one, will just tell you it's not going to work. Legit won't answer any questions no matter how I frame them. Very frustrating, I leave empty-handed, and I want to stay gone. Answer questions instead of just talking at me. It's your job, dude.

As I was giving up the store staff moved quickly and without hesitation brought the air pump from back and got my dolly working, and helped me load heavy bags of salt. The guys were genuinely nice.
